Abstract

Taufik Gustia Hadi (1802341) “Pengukuran Kinerja Sustainability Supply Chain Management mengunakan Metode SCOR di KPSBU Lembang”. Dibawah bimbingan Dr. H. Mokh. Adib Sultan, ST., MT dan Dr. Chairul Furqon, S.Sos., MM. KPSBU Lembang sebagai wadah bagi para peternak sapi perah yang memiliki produk utama susu pasteurisasi. KPSBU Lembang terus berupaya untuk mengoptimalkan produksi susu mulai dari penerimaan bahan baku hingga penerimaan produk sampai ke customer. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan pengukuran kinerja supply chain yang berkelanjutan di KSPBU Lembang. Kendala atau hambatan dalam proses produksi KPSBU Lembang yaitu Biaya produksi sangat mahal, kemudian dampak lingkungan atau pengelolahan limbahnya masih belum sempurna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja rantai pasok yang berkelanjutan dengan pendekatan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) di KPSBU Lembang untuk menentukan indikator kinerja yang akan dinilai dan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot setiap indikator kinerja. Hasil pengukuran kinerja rantai pasokan yang berkelanjuan keseluruhan sebesar 89.37 yang termasuk kategori good. Selain itu dari 22 sub atribut terdapat 3 sub atribut saran perbaikan untuk pihak KPSBU Lembang karena rendahnya nilai kinerja dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, meliputi sub atribut penggunaan pakan organik (S.RB2) pada dimensi lingkungan, sub atribut jumlah peternak yang menerapkan program lingkungan (S.MA4) pada dimensi lingkungan, dan sub atribut jumlah peternak yang sudah melakukan program penyuluhan (S.MA3) pada dimensi sosial. Kemudian untuk 19 sub atribut lainnya perlu dipertahankan atau ditingkatkan. Kata Kunci: Analytic Hierarchy Process, Supply Chain Operation Reference, Sustainability Supply Chain Management. KPSBU Lembang continues to strive to optimize milk production from receiving raw materials to receiving products to customers. One of the efforts that can be done is to measure sustainable supply chain performance at KSPBU Lembang. Constraints or obstacles in the Lembang KPSBU production process, namely the production cost is very expensive, then the environmental impact or waste management is still not perfect. This study aims to determine the performance of a sustainable supply chain with the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) approach at KPSBU Lembang to determine the performance indicators to be assessed and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each performance indicator. The results of measuring the performance of a sustainable supply chain as a whole is 89.37 which is included in the good category. In addition, of the 22 sub-attributes there are 3 sub-attributes suggestions for improvement for the Lembang KPSBU due to the low performance value of the research results obtained, including the sub-attribute of the use of organic feed (S.RB2) on the environmental dimension, the sub-attribute of the number of farmers who implement environmental programs ( S.MA4) on the environmental dimension, and the sub-attribute of the number of breeders who have carried out the extension program (S.MA3) on the social dimension.
