Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa model pelatihan reflektif asesmen alternatif bagi guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, sehinga fokus penelitian didasarkan pada Penelitian dan Pengembangan. Latar belakang yang mendorong penelitian dan Pengembangan ini adalah pemahaman dan keterampilan melaksanakan asesmen di PAUD yang relatif kurang berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan. Penelitian dan Pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementasion, Evaluation) sebagai metode penelitian yang tepat dalam mengembangkan model pelatihan. Tahap analisis adalah kegiatan penggalian kebutuhan lapangan yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pengembangan model pelatihan dan kebutuhan pelaksanaan pelatihan. Tahap desain adalah tahap menyusun rancangan model pelatihan yang didasarkan pada hasil analisis kebutuhan. Tahap pengembangan adalah tahap mengembangkan model pelatihan melalui validasi dan revisi menuju produk yang siap dilakukan uji coba. Tahap implementasi adalah tahap uji coba pelaksanaan pelatihan yang dilakukan secara terbatas kepada guru-guru TK Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Tasikmalaya, implementasi ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kelayakan model atau efektivitas berdasarkan hasil uji coba. Tahap evaluasi adalah tahap menentukan produk akhir model pelatihan dan evaluasi yang dilakukan pada setiap tahap menunjukkan produk telah melewati proses pengujian dan revisi sehingga produk telah memenuhi kriteria baik dan layak untuk digunakan. Secara umum hasil Penelitian dan Pengembangan menunjukan bahwa model pelatihan reflektif asesmen alternatif bagi guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini telah mencapai produk akhir yang telah melalui semua tahapan Penelitian dan Pengembangan dengan tepat. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model pelatihan reflektif asesmen alternatif bagi guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini telah mencapai produk akhir yang dapat diadopsi dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAUD dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan asesmen alternatif melalui kegiatan pelatihan. Kata Kunci : model pelatihan reflektif asesmen alternatif, guru pendidikan anak usia dini This study aims to produce a product in the form of an alternative assessment reflective training model for Early Childhood Education teachers, so that the research focus is based on Research and Development. The background that drives this research and development is the lack of understanding and skills in carrying out assessments in PAUD based on the results of preliminary studies. This Research and Development uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model as an appropriate research method in developing the training model. The analysis phase is an activity to explore field needs which is carried out to determine the need for developing a training model and the need for training implementation. The design stage is the stage of compiling a training model design based on the results of the needs analysis. The development stage is the stage of developing a training model through validation and revision towards a product that is ready to be tested. The implementation stage is the trial stage of the training implementation which is limited to teachers at the TK Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Tasikmalaya, this implementation aims to measure the level of model feasibility or effectiveness based on the test results. The evaluation stage is the stage of determining the final product of the training model and the evaluation carried out at each stage shows the product has passed the testing and revision process so that the product has met the criteria for good and is suitable for use. In general, the results of Research and Development show that the alternative assessment reflective training model for Early Childhood Education teachers has reached the final product that has gone through all stages of Research and Development correctly. The conclusion in this study is that the alternative assessment reflective training model for Early Childhood Education teachers has reached a final product that can be adopted and further developed in improving the competence of PAUD teachers in planning and implementing alternative assessments through training activities.
