Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan mengenai langkanya instrumen deteksi dini dilapangan khususnya instrumen deteksi dini perkembangan sosial anak usia 5 tahun. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengembanngkan instrumen deteksi dini perkembangan sosial anak usia 5 tahun yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dilapangan. Berdasarkan temuan masalah dilapangan peneliti menyusun dan merancang instrumen deteksi dini perkembangan sosial anak usia 5 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pengembangan dengan desain Educational Desain Research (EDR) karya McKenney dan Reeves. Prosedur penelitian EDR terdapat 3 tahap utama yaitu, tahap Analisis dan Eksplorasi (Analysis and Exploration); tahap Desain dan Konstruksi (Design and Construction); dan tahap Evaluasi dan Refleksi (Evaluation and Reflection). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, angket, dan validasi ahli. Validasi ini dilakukan oleh ahli materi sosial dan ahli instrumen. Setelah melalui beberapa revisi sesuai saran validator kemudian dilakukan uji coba produk sebanyak dua kali di TK IT Al-Hidayah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari data uji coba produk, instrumen deteksi dini perkembangan sosial anak usia 5 tahun ini telah berhasil dikembangkan dan layak digunakan dalam mendeteksi perkembangan sosial anak usia 5 tahun. Kata Kunci: Anak Usia Dini, Perkembangan Sosial, Instrumen Deteksi Dini ABSTRACT This research is motivated by problems regarding the scarcity of early detection instruments in the field, especially instruments for early detection of social development of children aged 5 years. The purpose of this research is to develop an instrument for early detection of social development of children aged 5 years that is in accordance with the needs in the field. Based on the findings of the problems in the field, the researchers compiled and designed instruments for early detection of social development of children aged 5 years. The research method used is the development of the Educational Design Research (EDR) design by McKenney and Reeves. The EDR research procedure has 3 main stages, namely, the Analysis and Exploration stage; stage of Design and Construction (Design and Construction); and the Evaluation and Reflection stage. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, documentation studies, questionnaires, and expert validation. This validation was carried out by social materials experts and design experts. After going through several revisions according to the validator's suggestions, the product was tested twice at the IT Al-Hidayah Kindergarten. Based on the results of the analysis of product trial data, the instrument for early detection of social development of children aged 5 years has been successfully developed and is suitable for use in detecting the social development of children aged 5 years.
