Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana pengembangan program kemandirian guru matematika dalam penyusunan silabus?” Dengan demikian tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan pengembangan dari program-program kemandirian guru matematika dalam penyusunan silabus. Untuk itu terlebih dahulu diungkap: program kemandirian guru yang dilakukan sekolah dalam penyusunan silabus, proses yang dilakukan sekolah pada program kemandirian guru dalam penyusunan silabus, model pengembangan program kemandirian guru dalam penyusunan silabus, tingkat kemandirian guru dalam penyusunan silabus, faktor-faktor determinan kemandirian guru dalam penyusunan silabus, dan faktor-faktor penghambat kemandirian guru dalam penyusunan silabus. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan telaah dokumentasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak yang termasuk kategori (RSBI). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah program sekolah yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang berkaitan dengan kemandirian guru dalam menyusun silabus adalah program in-service training dan on-service training. Program inservice training meliputi kegiatan: (1) MGMP guru sejenis di sekolah; (2) Mengikutkan guru dalam kegiatan MGMP di lingkungan sekolah-sekolah di kota Pontianak; (3) Melaksanakan inhouse training (IHT) untuk pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran; (4) Menyertakan guru mengikuti kursus bahasa Inggris; (5) Melaksanakan pelatihan Informasi dan Teknologi (IT) dengan materi: microsoft word, microsoft excel, microsoft powerpoint, e-learning, internet; dan (6) Pemberian reward untuk guru berprestasi. Program kerja Onservice training dengan rincian kerja: (1) Supervisi akademik; (2) Supervisi klinis; (3) Melaksanakan raker penyusunan program; dan (4) Mengupayakan peningkatan kesejahteraan guru. Penelitian ini melahirkan pengembang guru dalam penyusunan silabus, yaitu: (1) pembinaan komitmen; (2) Pemberian pendidikan / pelatihan / seminar / studi banding / diskusi / lomba penyusunan silabus, yang meliputi: program inservice training, program onservice training dan program workshop; dan (3) Kepedulian pimpinan (perhatian) atau pemberian reward oleh pimpinan. Problems in this study is "How the development of self-sufficiency program in the preparation of teachers of mathematics syllabus?" Thus the purpose of this study was to reveal the development of self-sufficiency programs in the preparation of teachers of mathematics syllabus. For that first revealed: teacher self-sufficiency programs that schools do in preparing the syllabus, the process undertaken at the school teacher in the preparation of self-sufficiency program syllabus, program development model of teacher autonomy in preparing the syllabus, teachers' level of independence in preparing the syllabus, the determinant factors of self-reliance teachers in preparing the syllabus, and inhibiting factors in the preparation of self-reliance teachers syllabus. To achieve these objectives this research uses descriptive method with qualitative approaches. Data was collected through interviews and review documentation. The experiment was conducted in Pontianak SMA Negeri 2 which includes a category (RSBI). The results obtained are school programs that are associated with increased human resources related to teacher autonomy in preparing the syllabus is a program of in-service training and on-service training. In-service training program includes the following activities: (1) MGMP similar teachers in schools, (2) to include teachers in MGMP activities within the schools in the city of Pontianak, (3) Implement inhouse training (IHT) for the manufacture of the learning device, (4) Include teachers to follow courses in English, (5) Implement training and Information Technology (IT) with the material: microsoft word, microsoft excel, microsoft powerpoint, e-learning, Internet, and (6) The provision of rewards for outstanding teachers. On-service training program, with details of work: (1) academic supervision, (2) clinical supervision, (3) Implement the retreat programming, and (4) Promote an increase in teachers' welfare. This study gave birth to the developer of teachers in the preparation of the syllabus, namely: (1) construction commitments, (2) The provision of education / training / seminars / study tours / discussions / race preparation of the syllabus, which includes: inservice training programs, programs onservice training and workshop program; and (3) Concern led (attention) or the provision of rewards by the leader.
