Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Keterlaksanaan Standar Pengelolaan Pendidikan di SMAN 1 Banjaran dan SMA Handayani 2 Banjaran Kabupaten Bandung”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Tergambarkannya Keterlaksanaan Standar Pengelolaan Pendidikan di SMAN 1 Banjaran dan SMA Handayani 2 Banjaran Kabupaten Bandung 2) Mengetahui adakah perbedaan yang signifikan Keterlaksanaan Standar Pengelolaan Pendidikan antara SMAN 1 Banjaran dan SMA Handayani 2 Banjaran Kabupaten Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, sekolah sebagai unit analisis dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah SMAN 1 Banjaran sebagai perwakilan Sekolah Negeri dan SMA Handayani 2 Banjaran sebagai perwakilan Sekolah Swasta. Data dan informasi diperoleh dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan yang disebut sebagai responden. Secara umum kriteria responden adalah guru dan tenaga kependidikan yang paham dan berperan aktif dalam pengelolaan sekolah. Responden dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 21 orang dari SMAN 1 Banjaran dan 19 orang dari SMA Handayani 2 Banjaran. Penelitian ini berdasarkan angket Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Standar Pengelolaan Pendidikan yang dikembangkan oleh BSNP 2012. Hasil penelitian analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa: rerata pada SMAN 1 Banjaran lebih tinggi dari SMA Handayani 2 Banjaran. Sedangkan uji komparatif diperoleh hasil: Adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada 2 komponen yaitu: Komponen Rencana Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Sekolah. Hasil statistik kategorisasi bahwa: tidak ada komponen yang keterlaksanaannya berada pada kategori rendah-sangat rendah, baik di SMAN 1 Banjaran maupun SMA Handayani 2 Banjaran. Namun ada komponen yang keterlaksanaannya masih berada pada kategori sedang di kedua sekolah tersebut yaitu Komponen Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Pengawasan dan Evaluasi juga Perencanaan Program. Kata Kunci: Keterlaksanaan, Standar Pengelolaan Pendidikan, Pengelolaan Sekolah. This research is entitled "The Workability of Education Management Standards at State High School 1 Banjaran and Private High School Handayani 2 Banjaran, District of Bandung". This study aims to 1) describe the workability of education management standards at State High School 1 Banjaran and Private High School Handayani 2 Banjaran, District of Bandung. 2) To find out whether there is a significant difference in the workability of education management standards between State High School 1 Banjaran and Private High School Handayani 2 Banjaran, District of Bandung. This type of research is a comparative descriptive with a quantitative approach. In this study, the school as the unit of analysis and the sample in this study were State High School 1 Banjaran as a representative of the State School and Private High School Handayani 2 Banjaran as a representative of a private school. Data and information were obtained from the Principal, Deputy Principal, Teachers and Education Personnel who were referred to as respondents. In general, the respondents' criteria are teachers and education personnel who understand and play an active role in school management. Respondents in this study consisted of 21 people from State High School 1 Banjaran and 19 people from Private High School Handayani 2 Banjaran. This research is based on a questionnaire on Monitoring and Evaluation of Education Management Standards developed by BSNP 2012. The results of the descriptive analysis show that: the average at State High School 1 Banjaran is higher than Private High School Handayani 2 Banjaran. While the comparative test results obtained: There are significant differences in 2 components, i.e: Work Plan and School Leadership Components. The results of the categorization statistics show that: there is no component whose workability is in the low-very low category, both at State High School 1 Banjaran and Private High School Handayani 2 Banjaran. However, there are components whose workability is still in the moderate category in the two schools, that is the Management Information System Component, Supervision and Evaluation as well as Program Planning.
