Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa Kelas XII Program Keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK YPKKP Bandung pada mata pelajaran OTK Humas dan Keprotokolan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel fasilitas belajar (X) dan motivasi belajar siswa (Y). Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat efektivitas penggunaan fasilitas belajar, tingkat motivasi belajar siswa, dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK YPKKP Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu explanatory survey, dengan teknik pengumpulan data angket yang disebarkan kepada 40 orang responden yaitu siswa kelas XII Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK YPKKP Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan informasi bahwa: (1) gambaran tingkat efektivitas fasilitas belajar berada pada kategori cukup efektif, (2) gambaran motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi. Adapun hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan bahwa fasilitas belajar (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (Y).; The problem studied in this research is the low learning motivation of Class XII students of the Office Automation and Governance Expertise Program at SMK YPKKP Bandung in the subjects of OTK Public Relations and Protocol. This study consists of two variables, namely the variable learning facilities (X) and student motivation (Y). The purpose of this research is to describe the level of effectiveness of the use of learning facilities, the level of student learning motivation, and to determine whether there is an influence of learning facilities on the learning motivation of students majoring in Office Automation and Governance at SMK YPKKP Bandung. The research method used in this research is explanatory survey, with questionnaire data collection techniques distributed to 40 respondents, namely class XII students of the Department of Office Automation and Governance at SMK YPKKP Bandung. The data analysis technique used is simple regression. Based on the results of the study, information was obtained that: (1) the description of the level of effectiveness of the learning facilities was in the quite effective category, (2) the description of the students' learning motivation was in the high category. The results of the hypothesis test found that learning facilities (X) had a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation (Y).
