Abstract

Situasi pendidikan sempat berjalan dengan keadaan yang terbatas untuk pelaksanaannya. Hal ini dikarenakan terjadi pandemi yang membuat beberapa kegiatan terhenti atau dapat dikerjakan namun terbatas sesuai dengan arahan pemerintah seperti pada kegiatan pembelajaran dalam bidang pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi peneliti terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran peserta didik dan hasil pembelajarannya terhadap peserta didik di salah satu sekolah dasar, peneliti sangat tertarik untuk mengkaji hal ini lebih dalam dengan menerapkan suatu metode terhadap pembelajaran yaitu metode fun learning yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat dan antusias belajar peserta didik terkhusus pada pembelajaran matematika. Metode yang peneliti gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian Single Subject Research (SSR). Subjek yang dilibatkan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 orang siswa dari sekolah dasar kelas 3, di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Dengan menggunakannya metode fun learning dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan antusias belajar siswa dinilai dalam indikator ada rasa suka dan senang terhadap sesuatu yang diminatinya, minat berbobot emosional, minat berbobot egosentris, tekun dalam menghadapi tugas, ulet dalam menghadapi kesulitan, senang mencari dan memecahkan jawaban soal-soal, respon perhatian konsentrasi kesadaran dan kemauan yang timbul pada diri siswa tanpa adanya paksaan atau suruhan. ----- The educational situation was running with limited circumstances for its implementation. This is because a pandemic has occurred which has stopped some activities or can be carried out but limited in accordance with government directives such as learning activities in the field of education. Based on the results of the researchers' observations on the learning activities of students and their learning outcomes for students in one of the elementary schools, researchers are very interested in studying this more deeply by applying a method to learning, namely the fun learning method which is expected to increase students' interest and enthusiasm for learning. especially in learning mathematics. The method that researchers used in this study was the Single Subject Research (SSR) research method. The subjects involved by the researcher in this study were 3 students from elementary school grade 3, in Purwakarta Regency. By using the fun learning method in learning, it can increase students' enthusiasm for learning which is assessed in indicators of liking and liking something they are interested in, emotional interest, egocentric interest, persevering in facing tasks, tenacious in facing difficulties, happy to find and solve answers to questions. questions, responses to attention, concentration, awareness and willingness that arise in students without coercion or orders.
