Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin meningkat seiring berkembangnya zaman, membuat instansi atau perusahaan menjadikan keterampilan dan pengalaman kerja sebagai persentase di terima lebih besar daripada mereka yang belum ada pengalaman. Salah satu kegiatan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan mencari pengalaman kerja adalah magang, di Kabupaten Indramayu beberapa perusahaan terbuka dengan kegiatan magang bagi siapa pun yang akan mengikutinya salah satunya Perumdam Tirta Darma Ayu. Upaya Perumdam Tirta Darma Ayu dalam meningkatkan kualitas SDM dan menjalankan proses dan fungsi perusahaan yaitu dengan mengadakan kegiatan magang. Akan tetapi, pengolahan data magang yang berjalan masih dilakukan menggunakan formulir dokumen, informasi magang masih sulit didapatkan. Hal ini, memungkinkan terjadinya risiko data tidak akurat dan ketidakpastian informasi, terlebih berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan didapatkan data selama tiga tahun terakhir peminat pelamar magang meningkat, sehingga perusahaan kesulitan dalam mengelola data magang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut adanya perkembangan TIK belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan, salah satu perkembangan TIK adalah web development, semakin meningkatnya penggunaan smartphone, perancangan web yang mobile–friendly semakin penting. Dengan memanfaatkan web yang responsive penyampaian informasi dapat diakses dengan mudah, risiko data tidak akurat dapat diminimalisir sehingga pengelolaan data dapat lebih efisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah R&D menggunakan langkah-langkah yang diadaptasi dari model pengembangan Sugiyono dengan waterfall sebagai model pengembangan sistem dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian berupa sistem informasi magang yang telah diuji coba menggunakan black box testing dengan hasil pengujian valid atau fungsi, input dan output nya sesuai yang diharapkan. Rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu fitur, layanan dan fungsi serta tampilan dapat diperbaiki lagi, memungkinkan untuk ditambah fungsi lain dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan pengguna dan perkembangan zaman. ----- Technological advances that are increasing with the development of the times, make agencies or companies make skills and work experience as a percentage in received greater than those with no experience. One of the activities to improve skills and seek work experience is an internship, In Indramayu Regency, several public companies with internships for anyone who will participate, one of which is Perumdam Tirta Darma Ayu. Perumdam Tirta Darma Ayu's efforts in improving the quality of human resources and carrying out company processes and functions, namely by holding internships. However, the data on the ongoing internships is still carried out using document forms, internship information is still difficult to obtain. This, allows the risk of inaccurate data and uncertainty of information, especially based on observations made obtained data for the last three years the demand for internship applicants has increased, so companies have difficulty in managing internship data. Based on this, the development of ICT has not been fully utilized, one of the developments of ICT is web development, the increasing use of smartphones, mobile-friendly web designing is increasingly important. By utilizing a responsive web, the delivery of information can be accessed easily, the risk of inaccurate data can be minimized so that data management can be more efficient. The method used is R&D using steps adapted from Sugiyono's development model with waterfall as a system development model and the data analysis techniques used are descriptive qualitative. The results of the study are in the form of an internship information system that has been tested using black box testing with valid test results or functions, inputs and outputs as expected. Recommendations that can be done are fitur, services and functions and appearance can be improved again, allowing to be added to other functions by adjusting to user needs and the times.
