Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar anak usia dini setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievment Division (STAD) pada anak kelompok B di salah satu TK di Kabupaten Karawang Tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kemmis dan MC Taggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan tahap refleksi. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 12 anak. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar anak dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Pada siklus I sebesar 56%, pada siklus II menjadi 69.8%. maka sesuai dengan taraf ketuntasan tindakan bahwa 51-75% berada pada kualifikasi baik dan pelaksanaan tindakan dinyatakan berhasil. Kata Kunci: STAD, Motivasi Belajar, Anak Usia Dini. ----- This study aims to determine the increase in early childhood learning motivation after the application of the Student Team Achievment Division (STAD) type cooperative learning model in group B children in a kindergarten in Karawang Regency for the 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is classroom action research using the Kemmis and MC Taggart models which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 12 children. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study using quantitative and qualitative data. The results of data analysis showed that there was an increase in children's learning motivation with the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model. In the first cycle it was 56%, in the second cycle it was 69.8%. then according to the level of completeness of the action that 51-75% are in good qualification and the implementation of the action is declared successful.
