Abstract
This research carefully implemented based on background issue of an
atmosphere sport education at Elementary school, it'll be success caused of teacher's
accupational activity, which getting better day by day. It's advantaged by Head
Master's supervision and by sport facilities.
Basicly, physical education supervision could be able to be an effort that's
designed to help for increasing the sport educational. On the other hand facilities
sport usage in teaching-learning process are able to rise up motivation, knowledge
and skill, those are new desires for enjoying sport education. So, theoretically the
supervision and sport facilities come to be the certain factor for having physical
education successful.
Therefore the goal ofthis research is trying to know exactly then descripting
accurately the relation between the sport education teacher perceptions about the
implementation of sport education supervision versus sport education teacher at
Elementary School on the other hand, purposing to know about the Head Master
supervision upon sport facilities condition versus how-well the sport education
teacher doing on.
This research is implementing on all ofElementary Schools at Tawang Under
District in Tasikmalaya city. The population of 39 (thirty nine) elementary school
sport education teachers become the total sample of thesis descriptive research.
Method.
Acorrelation descriptive method applied for this research by including two
free-variables and one combined variable. The data collecting technique is used by
literature study and providing questionnaire, consists oftwo multiple choice, and one
checklist questionnaire.
The analysis technique which's been being used is a correlation regressive
analysis, namely a simple analysis and double correlation by implementing ANOVA
on 0,05 significant level.
Finally this research showing up a conclusion:
1. Exactly there is a positive correlation between "What the sport education teacher
perception about head master, supervision versus the sport education teacher
occupation activityat elementary school".
2. Definitely there is a positive correlation between sport devices versus elementary
school sport education teacher occupation activity.
3. Actually there is apositive correlation between elementary school sport education
teacher perception about head master's supervision implementation and sport equipment related to elementary school education occupation activity. That means
a better perception of sport education teacher job activity, too. And the better
sport equipment teacher job activity, too.
So it's able to have statement that: Theimplementing of supervision by head
master, andthesport facilities as well as predictors of the sport education teachers job
activity.
