Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan pendidikan di Indonesia khususnya pada jenjang sekolah dasar memerlukan perhatian yang serius. Kemajuan teknologi yang begitu pesat menimbulkan pengaruh dalam penggunaan teknologi tersebut dan kaitannya dengan bidang pendidikan. Penggunaan teknologi yang kurang bijaksana dapat menimbulkan dampak di berbagai kalangan khususnya di lingkungan pendidikan. Salah satu yang menjadi sorotan yaitu mengenai kasus pelecehan atau kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di lingkungan pendidikan. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang mempengaruhi faktor-faktor terjadinya permasalahan tersebut salah satunya peran kepemimpinan di satuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kepemimpinan spiritual dalam budaya kerja di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan partisipan dari dua sekolah di Kota Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian mengenai efektivitas kepemimpinan spiritual dalam budaya kerja di sekolah dasar menunjukkan bahwa adanya persamaan dan perbedaan dari setiap satuan pendidikan baik dari segi gambaran situasi dan kondisi yang ada serta dampak yang muncul dari penerapan kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap budaya kerja di sekolah dasar tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian efektivitas kepemimpinan spiritual dalam budaya kerja di sekolah dasar adalah sebagai berikut : 1) sekolah memiliki tujuan dan harapan yang dituangkan dalam visi dan program yang jelas, 2) disiplin dalam bekerja, 3) bersikap dan bertindak berdasarkan kecerdasan spiritual, 4) membentuk sinergi dan kolaborasi dalam bekerja, 5) menciptakan hubungan sosial emosional dengan rekan kerja. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan spiritual, sekolah dasar, budaya kerja ABSTRACT The problem of education in Indonesia, especially at the elementary school level, requires serious attention. Technology that is so rapidly has an impact on the advancement of the use of technology and the field of education. The use of technology that is not wise can have an impact in various circles, especially in the educational environment. One of the highlights is about cases of violence or sexual violence that occur in the educational environment. Based on observations that affect the factors that occur, one of them is the role of leadership in the education unit. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of spiritual leadership in work culture in elementary schools. This study uses an approach in the form of observation, interviews and documentation with participants from two schools in the city of Bandung. The results of research on the effectiveness of spiritual leadership in work culture in elementary schools show that there are similarities and differences between each educational unit both in terms of describing the existing situation and conditions as well as the impact of the application of spiritual leadership on work culture in the elementary school. The conclusions from the research on the effectiveness of spiritual leadership in work culture in elementary schools are as follows: 1) schools have goals and expectations that are in clear vision and programs, 2) work discipline, 3) act based on spiritual intelligence, 4) form synergy and collaboration at work, 5) create emotional social relationships with co-workers.
