Abstract

Sikap disiplin merupakan kepatuhan seorang siswa terhadap suatu aturan di sekolah yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan keamanan, kenyamanan bagi siswa, dan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Pada saat peneliti menjalankan observasi di SD Negeri Sindangmandi peneliti menemukan kasus siswa dengan perilaku menggangu yang berlebihan sehingga cenderung mengarah pada perilaku tidak disiplin yang berdampak pada terganggunya kemanan dan kenyamanan kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Seiring dengan seringnya perilaku yang muncul gejala tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk menelaah lebih lanjut perilaku tidak disiplin siswa, latar belakang perilaku tersebut, dan bagaimana upaya guru dalam membantu siswa dengan gejala tersebut. Dalam penelitian diterapkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan subjek penelitian dua orang siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Teknik observasi untuk mengetahui perilaku siswa, wawancara untuk mengetahui latar belakang, dan dokumentasi untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan guru. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan perilaku usil, kasar, mudah marah, pemicu kegaduhan, malas bersekolah, dan suka berkata kasar. Latar belakang perilaku siswa tersebut diketahui karena kurangnya intensifnya pengasuhan dan kedekatan psikologis dengan ayah dan ibunya. Selain itu, faktor lingkungan pergaulan siswa juga ditemukan sebagai penyebab. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam menjalankan peranya dengan proses KBM, Menyelenggarakan rapat tahunan dalam rangka memberikan layanan bimbinngan kepada wali murid, dan melaksanakan kegiatan visitasi ke rumah siswa. A disciplinary attitude is a student's adherence to a rule at school aimed at creating security, comfort for students, and learning activities at school. When researchers carried out observations at SD Negeri Sindangmandi, researchers found cases of students with excessive disturbing behavior that tended to lead to undisciplined behavior which had an impact on the disruption of security and comfort of learning activities in the classroom. Along with the frequent behaviors that such symptoms appear, researchers are interested in further examining students' undisciplined behavior, the background of those behaviors, and how teachers' efforts in helping students with those symptoms. In the research, a qualitative approach was applied with the case study method and the research subject of two students. Data were collected using observation techniques to find out student behavior, interviews to find out background, and documentation to find out the upa carried out by the teacher. The results of this study showed nosy, rude, irritable behavior, noise triggers, lazy to go to school, and like to say rude words. The background of the student's behavior is known due to the lack of intensive upbringing and psychological closeness to his father and mother. In addition, social environmental factors of students were also found to be the cause. The efforts made by teachers in carrying out their roles with the KBM process, organizing annual meetings in order to provide guidance services to parents, and carrying out visitation activities to students' homes.
