Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Pemberian Reward Terhadap Produktivitas Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian reward terhadap produktivitas pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket. Angket disebarkan kepada 65 responden berupa PNS di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan dari pengujian data, diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y sebesar 0,751 yang menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Sementara itu, hasil dari uji signifikansi dengan uji-t jika dibandingkan yaitu thitung > ttabel diperolehan hasil sebagai berikut 9,039 > 1,998, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis diterima sehingga nilai koefisien korelasi dapat dinyatakan signifikan. Untuk metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 24.0 for Windows. Hasil analisis regresi maka diperoleh persamaan yang diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan tersebut, yaitu γ = 12,861 + 0,751 X. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pemberian reward terhadap produktivitas pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kata kunci: Reward, Produktivitas Pegawai.  ABSTRACT This study entitled "The Effect of Rewards on Employee Productivity at the Education Office of West Java Province". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving rewards on employee productivity at the Education Office of West Java Province. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. And data collection techniques using a questionnaire instrument. Questionnaires were distributed to 65 respondents in the form of civil servants at the West Java Provincial Education Office. Based on the data test, the correlation coefficient between X and Y is 0.751 which indicates that the correlation between X and Y has a strong relationship. Meanwhile, the results of the significance test with the t-test when compared, namely tcount > ttable , the following results are 9.039 > 1.998, it can be stated that hypothesis is accepted so that the value of the correlation coefficient can be declared significant. For data analysis method using simple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS version 24.0 for Windows. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation obtained from the results of these calculations, namely = 12.861 + 0.751 X. So it can be concluded from this study that there is a positive and significant influence between the provision of rewards on employee productivity at the Education Office of West Java Province.
