Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang merebak sejak akhir tahun 2019 telah mengubah tatanan kehidupan dari berbagai lini, mulai dari sosial, ekonomi, budaya, dan sebagainya. Bidang pendidikan pun,khususnya kegiatan belajar mengajar turut terkena dampak dari wabah penyakit ini. Seluruh kegiatan yang awal mulanya secara tatap muka kini menjadi kegiatan pembelajaran secara daring. Sehingga guru instalasi penerangan di SMKN Pekerjaan Umum melakukan pengembangan kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran daring dengan memanfaatkan metode, media pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mendeskripsikan kreativitas guru dalam menggunakan metode, media dan kendala dalam pengembangan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMKN Pekerjaan Umum. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, Pengambilan data secara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1). Kreativitas guru di SMKN Pekerjaan Umum dalam penggunaan metode yaitu menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatannya dilaksanakan menggunakan metode simulasi, metode pekerjaan rumah atau tugas dan metode yang di kembangkan secara dikombinasikan atau digabungkan salah satunya metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi. 2). Kreativitas guru di SMKN Pekerjaan Umum dalam penggunaan media yaitu menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatannya dilaksanakan menggunakan google classroom, zoom meeting,alat peraga (miniatur instalasi/papan kerja), dan yang dikembangkan secara kombinasi media antara Power point (PPT) dan video atau gambar-gambar. Dan yang terakhir yaitu 3). Kendala dalam pengembanggan di SMKN Pekerjaan Umum menunjukan bahwasannya guru dan siswa mengalami kendala dari berupa yaitu: kendala fasilitas, kendala waktu, dan khususnya pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran daring. Kata kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Kreativitas Guru, Pembelajaran Daring The Covid-19 pandemic that has spread since the end of 2019 has changed the order of life from various lines, ranging from social, economic, cultural, and so on. The field of education, especially teaching and learning activities, was also affected by this disease outbreak. All activities that were originally face-to-face are now online learning activities. So that teachers who install lighting at SMKN Public Works develop teacher creativity in online learning by utilizing methods, online learning media. This study aims to: describe the creativity of teachers in using methods, media and obstacles in the development of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMKN Public Works. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data collection by interview and documentation. The results of this study show that 1). The creativity of teachers at SMKN Public Works in the use of methods shows that their use is carried out using simulation methods, homework methods or tasks and methods that are developed in combination or combined, one of which is the lecture, question and answer and discussion methods. 2). The creativity of teachers at SMKN Public Works in the use of media shows that its use is carried out using google classrooms, zoom meetings, props (miniature installations / work boards), and which are developed in a combination of media between Power points (PPT) and videos or pictures. And the last one is 3). Obstacles in development at SMKN Public Works show that teachers and students experience obstacles in the form of: facility constraints, time constraints, and especially students' understanding online learning.
