Abstract

Fokus utama dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja Karyawan BKPSDM Kabupaten Purwakarta di masa pandemi covid-19. Kinerja karyawan adalah aspek penting yang berperan dalam kemajuan dan kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan. Tujuan-tujuan perusahaan akan dapat tercapai jika para karyawannya berkinerja baik. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja, namun yang menarik peneliti adalah work life balance dan stres kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran work life balance, stres kerja, dan kinerja karyawan di BKPSDM Kabupaten Purwakarta dan juga mengetahui pengaruh work life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai, stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan pengaruh work life balance dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di BKPSDM Kabupaten Purwakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode desktiptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi sebanyak 53 karyawan BKPSDM Kabupaten Purwakarta dan sampel berjumlah 53 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisiensi korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengujan hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance dan stres kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Under the guidances of Dr. Rofi Rofaida, S.P., M.Si. and Yoga Perdana, S.E, M.SM. The main focus in this research is the employee performance of BKPSDM Kabupaten Purwakarta during the covid-19 pandemic. Employee performance is an important aspect that plays a role in the progress and success of a company. The company's goals will be achieved if the employees perform well. There are many factors that affect performance, but the interesting researchers are work life balance and work stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of work life balance, work stress, and employee performance at BKPSDM Kabupaten Purwakarta and also to determine the effect of work life balance on employees, work stress on employees, and the effect of work life balance and work stress on employee performance at BKPSDM Kabupaten Purwakarta. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a population of 53 employees of BKPSDM Kabupaten Purwakarta and the sample opened is 53 employees. The analysis technique used is Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using F-test and t-test. The results showed that work life balance and work stress together had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work stress has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.
