Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan uphill running terhadap peningkatan speed dan power otot tungkai. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Two-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 22 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengukur speed yaitu Dash Sprint Test 20 meter dan power otot tungkai yaitu Triple Hop Jump. Dari hasil pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan uji paired t-test terhadap speed dan power otot tungkai hal ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari metode latihan uphill running terhadap speed dan power otot tungkai. Dan juga latihan uphill running lebih berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan speed dibanding terhadap power otot tungkai berdasarkan hasil uji independent sample test. Dalam permainan futsal ternyata aspek latihan fisik sangat penting bagi seorang pemain, salah satunya kecepatan berlari dan power otot tungkai. Terdapat banyak metode latihan untuk meningkatkan kondisi fisik pemain futsal, salah satunya yaitu uphill running. Metode latihan uphill running dalam penelitian ini juga terbukti bahwa selain berpengaruh terhadap speed terdapat juga pengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. This study aims to determine the significant effect of uphill running exercise on increasing the speed and power of the leg muscles. The method used is an experimental method with a research design of Two-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 22 people. The research instrument used to measure speed is the 20 meter Dash Sprint Test and the leg muscle power is the Triple Hop Jump. From the results of data processing and analysis using the paired t-test on the speed and power of the leg muscles, this shows that there is a significant effect of the uphill running exercise method on the speed and power of the leg muscles. And also uphill running exercise has more effect on increasing speed than on leg muscle power based on the results of the independent sample test. In the game of futsal, it turns out that aspects of physical exercise are very important for a player, one of which is running speed and leg muscle power. There are many training methods to improve the physical condition of futsal players, one of which is uphill running. The uphill running training method in this study also proved that in addition to having an effect on speed, there was also an effect on increasing leg muscle power.
