Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Efektifitas Penyelenggaraan Pelatihan Coaching dan Mentoring dalam meningkatkan kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Karawang”. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai BKPSDM Bidang Diklat, dan Widyaiswara/ Fasilitator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang efektifitas penyelenggaraan pelatihan coaching dan mentoring yang dilaksanakan oleh BKPSDM Bidang Diklat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawacara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi, pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan coaching dan mentoring sudah berjalan dengan baik dan efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tercapainya tujuan dari ketiga tahapan dari penyelenggaraan pelatihan yaitu perencanaan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan evaluasi pelatihan. 1) Perencanaan pelatihan coaching dan mentoring: perencanaan sudah sesuai dengan tujuan pelatihan dan efektif karena komponen-komponen perencanaan seperti penyusunan kurikulum, peserta, fasilitas, tenaga diklat dan biaya sudah ditetapkan dengan baik 2) Pelaksanaan pelatihan coaching dan mentoring: pelaksanaan sudah efektif, kinerja fasilitator/pengajar yang profesional, tersedianya fasilitas penunjang kegiatan, dan kinerja panitia penyelenggara yang sangat baik. 3) Evaluasi pelatihan coaching dan mentoring, Secara keseluruhan proses evaluasi sudah terlaksana dengan baik dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pelatihan coaching dan mentoring efektif dilihat dari komponen-komponen evaluasi untuk peserta dan tenaga kediklatan yang telah terlaksana dalam kategori memuaskan berdasarkan hasil instrument yang telah diberikan. This study entitled "Effectiveness of the Implementation of Coaching and Mentoring Training in improving the competence of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Karawang Regency Government Environment". The objects in this research are BKPSDM employees in the field of education and training, Widyaiswara and training participants. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the coaching and mentoring training carried out by the BKPSDM in the Education and Training Sector. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation studies, checking the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the coaching and mentoring training had been going well and effectively. This is evidenced by the achievement of the objectives of the three stages of training implementation, concist of training planning, training implementation and training evaluation. 1) Coaching and mentoring training planning: planning is in accordance with the training objectives and is effective because planning components such as curriculum preparation, participants, facilities, training staff and costs have been well defined 2) Implementation of coaching and mentoring training: implementation has been effective, performance professional facilitators/teachers, availability of supporting facilities for activities, and excellent performance of the organizing committee. 3) Evaluation of coaching and mentoring training. Overall, the evaluation process has been carried out well and it can be concluded that the implementation of coaching and mentoring training is effective as seen from the evaluation components for participants and training staff that have been carried out in a satisfactory category based on the results of the instruments that have been given.
