Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai di Balai Pengembangan Kompetensi PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi seberapa besar pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai di Balai Pengembangan Kompetensi PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner tertutup pada 36 responden. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS) dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel 2016 dan SPSS 24.0 for windows, menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor 3.49 dan prestasi kerja pegawai berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor 3.55. Berdasarkan uji korelasi antara variabel X dan Y didapatkan nilai 0,192 termasuk pada kategori tingkat hubungan “sangat rendah” dan dianggap tidak ada pengaruh atau korelasi antara kedua variabel. Hasil uji determinasi didapatkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh sebesar 3,70% terhadap variabel y dan sisanya di pengaruhi faktor lain. Kemudian hasil uji signifikasi diperoleh nilai 1,139 > 0,681 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y dapat dikatakan signifikan. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan (Y ) ^=40,464+0,169X yang artinya bahwa setiap peningkatan yang terjadi pada variabel X maka akan diikuti oleh peningkatan nilai prestasi kerja pegawai variabel Y sebesar 0,169. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai di Balai Pengembangan Kompetensi PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung. This research is entitled "The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Work Achievement at the PUPR Competency Development Center for Region IV Bandung". The purpose of this study was to obtain information on how much influence Transformational Leadership has on employee performance at the Center for Competency Development of PUPR Region IV Bandung. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire or questionnaire on 36 respondents. The results of the calculation of the Weight Means Score (WMS) with the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS 24.0 for windows, show that transformational leadership is in the very good category with an average score of 3.49 and employee work performance is in the very good category with an average score of 3.55. Based on the correlation test between variables X and Y, the value of 0.192 is included in the category of "very low" relationship level and is considered to have no effect or correlation between the two variables. The results of the determination test showed that the X variable had an effect of 3.70% on the y variable and the rest was influenced by other factors. Then the results of the significance test obtained a value of 1.139 > 0.681 so it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient between the X variable and the Y variable can be said to be significant. The results of the regression analysis obtained an equation which means that every increase that occurs in variable X will be followed by an increase in the value of employee performance in variable Y of 0.169. The conclusion of this study is that there is no positive and significant influence between Transformational Leadership on Employee Work Performance at the Center for Competency Development of PUPR Region IV Bandung.
