Abstract

ABSTRAK LAYANAN BELAJAR ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS SLOW LEARNER SD NEGERI KADUDAMPIT 3 Ira Herawati Program Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Kampus Daerah Serang, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara guru dalam menyampaikan materi terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus slow learner dan proses layanan belajar terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus slow learner. Penelitian bertempat di SD Negeri Kadudampit 3 adalah salah satu sekolah yang menerapkan pendidikan inklusi dan bekerja sama dengan SKH 1 Pandeglang. SD Negeri Kadudampit 3 tepatnya berada di Desa Kadudampit, Kecamatan Saketi, Kabupaten Pandegalng, Provinsi Banten. Di sekolah tersebut ada sebagian siswa berkebutuhan khusus, salah satunya siswa slow learner. Anak slow learner melaksanakan pembelajaran di ruang kelas secara bersamaan dengan siswa yang lainnya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut peneliti tertarik utnuk menggali informasi secara mendalam tentang cara guru dalam menyampaikan materi terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus slow learner dan proses layanan belajar terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus slow learner. Metode penelitian yang di pakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu, Metode penelitian kualiatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun subjek penelitian nya yaitu, 2 orang siswa laki – laki kelas 5 A berusia 12 tahun. Penentuan subjek penelitian di tentukan atas dasar konsultasi dengan guru pembimbing siswa berkebutuhan khusus yang terdapat di sekolah tersebut. sehingga peneliti memperoleh informasi bahwa ke dua subjek tersebut pernah tidak naik kelas. Adapun instrumen yang menjadi pedoman dalam penelitian ini yaitu, wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun data temuan hasil penelitian yang di peroleh yaitu berkaitan dengan cara guru dalam menyampaikan materi terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus slow learner di lakukan dengan beberapa penyederhanaan kalimat, materi, dan memberikan perhatian khusus kepada siswa tersebut serta guru memberikan layanan bimbingan belajar sebanyak tiga kali pertemuan dalam satu minggu. Kata kunci : slow learner, dan layanan belajar. ABSTRACT LEARNING SERVICES FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS SLOW LEARNER AT SD NEGERI KADUDAMPIT 3 Ira Herawati Elementary School Teacher Education Program, Serang Regional Campus, Indonesian Education University This study aims to find out how teachers deliver material to children with special needs for slow learners and the process of learning services for children with special needs slow learners. The research took place at SD Negeri Kadudampit 3, one of the schools that implements inclusive education and collaborates with SKH 1 Pandeglang. SD Negeri Kadudampit 3 is precisely located in Kadudampit village, saketi sub-district, Pandegalng district, Banten province. At the school there are some students with special needs, one of which is a slow learner. Slow learner children carry out learning in the classroom simultaneously with other students. Based on these problems, researchers are interested in exploring in-depth information about how teachers deliver material to children with special slow learner needs and the process of learning services for children with slow learner special needs. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The research subjects are, 2 male students in grade 5 A 12 years old. The determination of the research subject was determined on the basis of consultation with the supervising teacher for students with special needs in the school. so that the researcher obtained information that the two subjects had never gone to class. The instruments that serve as guidelines in this research are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data obtained from the research findings are related to the way the teacher conveys material to children with special needs slow learners by simplifying sentences, materials, and paying special attention to these students and the teacher providing tutoring services three times in one meeting week.
