Abstract

Pembelajaran secara blended berbantuan microsoft teams merupakan hasil tindak lanjut dari evaluasi terhadap pembelajaran secara daring dengan diberlakukannya PTM terbatas. SD Al-Irsyad menerapkan pembelajaran secara blended dengan menggunakan media microsoft teams. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan pembelajaran blended dengan menggunakan microsoft teams terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pemilihan subjek penelitian dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel 15 siswa yang terdiri dari 3 kelas yaitu A, B dan C. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi dan angket serta sebagai data pendukung dengan nilai hasil belajar siswa pada beberapa mata pelajaran. Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan blended learning berbantuan microsoft teams terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V berjalan efektif, kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan model ini mumpuni dengan kategorikan sangat baik. Respons siswa dalam penerapan pembelajaran ini memiliki nilai positif. Hasil belajar siswa terlihat adanya peningkatan dalam penerapan pembelajaran blended menggunakan microsoft teams, meskipun prosesnya perlu penyesuaian siswa dan guru dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik. Penerapan pembelajaran ini adalah solusi dari evaluasi pembelajaran daring di era new normal. Blended learning assisted by Microsoft Teams is a follow-up result of the evaluation of online learning with the implementation of limited PTM. Al-Irsyad Elementary School applies blended learning using Microsoft Teams media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of blended learning using Microsoft Teams on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in elementary schools. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The selection of research subjects using purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 15 students consisting of 3 classes, namely A, B and C. The research instrument used interview guidelines, observation sheets and questionnaires as well as supporting data with the value of student learning outcomes in several subjects. It was concluded that the application of blended learning assisted by Microsoft Teams on the learning outcomes of class V students was effective, the teacher's ability to apply this model was qualified with very good categorization. Student responses in the application of this learning have a positive value. Student learning outcomes showed an increase in the application of blended learning using Microsoft Teams, although the process needed adjustments for students and teachers to be able to follow the learning well. The application of this learning is a solution for evaluating online learning in the new normal era.
