Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Penerapan Absensi Daring (Online) sebagai Bentuk Pengawasan Digital Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai PNS di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih banyaknya pegawai PNS di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat yang tidak tepat waktu dan tidak bekerja. Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh absensi daring (Online) terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai PNS di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket atau kuesioner tertutup yang disebarkan kepada 36 responden penelitian. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan perhitungan WMS menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berada dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Hasil uji korelasi diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,599. Sementara itu, hasil uji tingkat signifikan diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 4,361 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,690 (thitung > ttabel). Besarnya pengaruh Absensi Daring terhadap Disiplin Kerja pegawai PNS di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat yang diperoleh dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 35,9%. Adapun hasil dari uji regresi linear sederhana yaitu "Y" ̂ = 34,037 + 0,408X. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Absensi Daring (Online) terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai PNS di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Rekomendasi bagi Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat adalah lebih meningkatkan lagi pengawasan secara langsung dan memberikan motivasi lebih terhadap pegawai PNS. This research is entitled " The Influence Of Online Attendance Application As A Form Digital Supervision On Work Discipline Of Civil Servants In West Java Province Of Education Department ". The background of this research is that there are still many civil servants in the West Java Provincial Education Office who are not on time and do not work. In general, the purpose of this study is to find out how much influence online attendance has on the work discipline of civil servants at the West Java Provincial Education Office. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used a closed questionnaire or questionnaire which was distributed to 36 research respondents. Based on data processing carried out by WMS calculations, it shows that the X and Y variables are in the "very good" category. Correlation test results obtained correlation coefficient value of 0.599. Meanwhile, the results of the significant level test obtained a tcount value of 4.361 and a ttable value of 1.690 (tcount > ttable). The magnitude of the influence of Online Attendance on the Work Discipline of Civil Servants at the Education Office of West Java Province obtained from the results of the determination coefficient test of 35.9%. The results of the simple linear regression test are "Y" = 34.037 + 0.408X. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Online Attendance (Online) on the Work Discipline of Civil Servants at the Education Office of West Java Province. The recommendation for the West Java Provincial Education Office is to further increase direct supervision and provide more motivation for civil servants.
