    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatorbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman dari makna dan situasi yang dihadapi dalam berlangsungnya komunikasi. Pada hakikatnya setiap topik yang dibicarakan mempunyai fungsi dan maksud tertentu. Oleh sebab itu, makna yang tersembunyi harus diteliti lebih dalam lagi agar informasi yang disampaikan dapat diterima dengan jelas dan tidak menimbulkan beraneka ragam makna dan arti lain. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konteks wacana dalam naskah drama Mojang Dua Rebuan karya Dadan Sutisna. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun dalam teknik mengumpulkan datanya menggunakan teknik unsur langsung. Data yang diperoleh merupakan catatan hasil telaah dan analisis studi pustaka. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh terdapat tujuh komponén kontéks wacana, yaitu 1) tatakrama bahasa, 2) topik obrolan, 3) galur, 4) latar belakang tempat, waktu, dan suasana, 5) alat yang digunakan, 6) rasa, nada, dan ragam bahasa, serta 7) amanat. Sedangkan dalam konteks situasinya terdapat empat jenis, yaitu 1) konteks fisik, 2) konteks epistemik, 3) konteks linguistik, dan 4) konteks sosial.

    This research is motivated by a lack of understanding of the meaning and situation faced in the course of communication. In essence, every topic discussed has a certain function and purpose. Therefore, hidden meanings must be studied more deeply so that the information conveyed can be clearly received and does not cause a variety of other meanings and meanings. This study also aims to describe the context of the discourse in the script Mojang Dua Rebuan by Dadan Sutisna. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. As for the technique of collecting data, it uses the technique of direct elements. The data obtained are records of the results of literature study studies and analysis. The results of the study obtained there were seven contingén conténs of discourse, namely 1) grammar, 2) chat topics, 3) strains, 4) background of place, time, and atmosphere, 5) tools used, 6) taste, tone, and variety of language, and 7) mandate. Meanwhile, in the context of the situation, there are four types, namely 1) physical context, 2) epistemic context, 3) linguistic context, and 4) social context.
