    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kecenderungan kurangnya motivasi
    berprestasi guru dan sistem penghargaan yang diberikan yayasan atau lembaga
    pengelola sekolah belum optimal sehingga dapat menyebabkan kepuasan kerja
    guru rendah.
    Berdasarkan uraian di atas, penelitian ini mengungkap besamya pengaruh
    motivasi berprestasi guru dan sistem penghargaan yang diberikan kepadanya
    terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan
    menganaiisis variabel motivasi berprestasi guru dan sistem penghargaan serta
    hubungannya terhadap kepuasan kerjaguru.
    Penelitian ini dilandasi oleh teori yang berhubungan dengan Motivasi
    Berprestasi. Sistem Penghargaan dan Kepuasan Kerja serta konsep Administrasi
    Pendidikan.
    Pendekatan kuantitatif dipakai dalam penelitian ini melalui teknis analisis
    deskriptif korelasional dan regresi dengan statistik parametik. Secara kuantitatif
    untuk mengolah, menganaiisis dan menginterpretasikan data yang telah
    dikumpulkan melalui angket. Secara deskriptif korelasional dimaksudkan untuk
    menggambarkan secara sistematis mengenai fakta, sifat dan hubungan antar
    fenomena yang diteliti. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik random
    sampling dengan subyek penelitian guru Sekolah Menengah Perlama (SMP)
    swasta di sekolah yang dikelola oleh yayasan Pemelenggaraan Ilahi (YPI) di
    Kota Bandung, Jakarta dan Semarang dengan populasi sebanyak 100 orang dan
    sampel uji coba sebanyak 20 orang.
    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari empat hipotesis yang diajukan
    semuanya diterimadan didukung oleh data empirik.
    Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh Motivasi
    Berprestasi Guru terhadap Kepuasan Kerjanya sebesar 26,5 %, pengaruh Sistem
    Penghargaan terhadap Kepuasan Kerjanya sebesar 28,6 % serta pengaruh
    Motivasi Berprestasi dan Sistem Penghargaan secara bersama-sama terhadap
    Kepuasan Kerja Guru sebesar 34;6 %. Korelasi antara Motivasi Berprestasi
    dengan Sistem Penghargaan sebesar 59,1 %.
    Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang ditemukan. direkomendasikan beberapa
    hal antara lain: peningkatan motivasi berprestasi dengan cara peninjauan kembali
    perlakuan-perlakuan yang diberikan kepada guru, pemberian kesempatan untuk
    studi lanjut, berkreasi dan aktiv memproses pembelajarannva. Untuk
    meningkalkan kepuasan kerja guru, diupayakan perbaikan sistem penghargaan
    sehingga guru terdorong untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan yang dimiliki dan
    bekerja dengan penuh tanggung jawab demi tercapainya kepuasan kerja dan demi
    kemajuan sekolah.

    This research was done based on the lacking of achievement motivation
    and appreciation system which was given by the foundarion or institute of school
    organizer that has not been optimum so tha it causes the lowness of Teacher's
    working satisfaction.
    Regarding of the explanation above, the research expressed how big the
    influence teacher's teacher achievement motivation and appreciation system
    which has been given to them for Teacher's working satisfaction. The purpose of
    this research is to describe and to analyze the variable of teacher's achievement
    and system appreciation in relating with the satisfaction of teacher's working.
    The research is based on the theory which related in Achievement
    Motivation. Appreciation System and Working Satisfaction as well as Education
    Administration Concept
    The research also used the quantity approaching through technical analysis
    descriptive correlation and regression using parametric static.
    In a quanlitive manner, to process, to analyze and to interpret the data
    which has been collected passed through the questionnaire. In a descriptive
    correlation is aimed to describe the facts systematically the characteristic and the
    relation with the phenomenon which was researched. Sampling technic which is
    used is sampling random technic. the subject of the researching is three Private
    Junior High Schools which are organized by YPI in Bandung. Jakarta, and
    Semarang with population 100 people and 20 people for trying out.
    The result of this research showed that all four hypotheses which are
    proposed are accepted and supported by the empirical datas.
    We can conclude from the result of the research that the influence of
    Teacher's Achievement Motivation in Working Satisfaction is 26,5 %. the
    influence of Appreciation System in Working Satisfaction is 28.6 % and the
    influence of Achievement Motivation and Appreciation System along with the
    Teacher's Working Satisfaction is 34.6 % and the correlation between
    Achievement Motivation and Appreciation System is 59,1 %.
    Based on the result of the research which has been found we can
    recommend the following things: the improving of Achievement Motivation uses
    means of recontemplation to the way of acting which was given to the teachers.
    They have been treated suitable with their portion and position in doing their
    working and having the freedom in creating something. To improve the teacher's
    Working Satisfaction is strived with the repairing of Appreciation System so the
    teachers are urged on optimism their ability which is owned and work responsibly
    in reaching working satisfaction and for the school progress
