Abstract

Pengembangan Program Bimbingan Perkembangan Perilaku Sosial Anak Usia Dini di Kelompok Bermain (Studi Kasus di Kelompok Bermain Aryandini III Kecamatan Margacinta Bandung) Oleh : Otin Martini Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan pengamatan pada anak usia dini di kelompok bermain. Banyak anak pada usia dini menunjukkan perilaku sosial yang belum optimal. Hal ini terjadi karena perlakuan orang tua dalam memperlakukan anak usia dini yang kurang kondusif dan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan perkembangan perilaku sosial anak usia dini di kelompok bermain yang belum terprogram secara sistematis dan terarah. Tujuan akhir penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan program layanan bimbingan perkembangan perilaku sosial anak usia dini di kelompok bermain. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan mengunakan metode studi kasus. Prosedur penelitian melalui lima tahapan, yaitu : 1) pengungkapan data tentang kondisi obyektif lapangan, 2) kajian konseptual tentang perilaku sosial anak usia dini di kelompok bermain, 3) perumusan pengembangan program hipotetik tentang layanan bimbingan perkembangan perilaku sosial anak usia dini di kelompok bermain, 4) validasi rasional melalui seminar dan lokakarya (semiloka), 5) rekomendasi rumusan program akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku sosial anak usia dini di kelompok bermain belum optimal dalam hal : aspek empati dan membagi, seperti : belum mampu mau menghargai sesama teman dan belum mampu mau berbagi sesama teman. Perlakuan orang tua dalam memperlakukan anak usia dini di kelompok bermain, cenderung orang tua berlangsung dalam perlakuan terlalu melindungi (overprotection) sehingga anak menjadi manja dan berdampak pada perilaku sosial anak yang belum optimal. Pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan belum terprogram secara sistematis dan terarah, bimbingan hanya bersifat kasuistik, karena tenaga pendidik lebih mementingkan pengajaran daripada kegiatan bimbingan. Bertolak dari hasil penelitian, diajukan rekomendasi kepada Kelompok Bermain Aryandini berupa pengembangan program bimbingan perkembangan perilaku sosial anak usia dini di kelompok bermain yang sudah divalidasi melalui seminar dan lokakarya, yang meliputi : rasional, visi, misi, tujuan layanan bimbingan, ruang lingkup bimbingan, metode, waktu dan tempat pelaksanaan bimbingan, komponen program bimbingan, jenis layanan bimbingan, evaluasi bimbingan dan program layanan bimbingan. ----- THE DEVELOPING OF DEVELOPMENTGUIDENCE PROGRAM ON THE SOCIAL BEHAVIOR OF THE EARLY - AGE CHILDREN IN PLAY GROUP (A Case Study in Aryandini III Play Group in Kecamatan Margacinta Bandung) By : Otin Martini The research was conducted based on the observation toward the early-age children in play group. Many children at early-age show their social behavior which is not optimal. It is occurred because parents treatment on the early-age children is not conducive enough and the implementation of development guidence program of the early-age children social behavior hasnot been programmed systematically and directly. The final objective of this research is to develop the development guidence program of the early age social behavior in play group. To reach the goal the writer used a qualitative reaserch approach which applied case study method. The procedure of this reaserch passthrough five stages, that are: 1) revealing the data on the objective condition in the field, 2) conseptual investigation about the social behavior of the children at early age in play group, 3) formulating the developing of hypotetic program about the development guidence service program of the early age children social behavior in play group, 4) rational validation through seminar and workshop, 5) recommending of the final program formula. The result shows that the social behavior of the children at early age in play group has not developed optimally concerning about empathy and sharing aspects, for instant: they are not able to respect and share out with their friends. Parent's treatment toward the early age children in play group tends too overprotected, in case the children become spoiled and it has impact toward their social behavior which is not optimal. The implementation of guidence service has not programmed sistematically and directly, it is only casuitically, because the teachers emphasize on the direction rather then guidence activity. Based on the reaserch finding, the writer proposes the recommendation to Aryandini Play Group in the form of developing the development guidence program of early age children social behavior in play group which has been validated through seminar and workshop which comprises : rationale, vission, mission, the purpose of guidence program, the scope of guidence, method, time, and place where the guidence held, the guidence program components, the type of guidence service, the guidence evaluation and the guidence program evaluation.
