Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan pengamatan pada anak autistik di klinik Mary. Hampir sebagian besar Anak autistik yang ditangani di klinik Mary menunjukkan perilaku hiperaktif dalam hal pemusatan perhatian, aktivitas tinggi dan impulsivitas. Hal ini sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan anak untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang dimilikinya. Paedadog dan perawat sebagai pendamping dalam memberikan layanan pada anak autistik memberikan konstribusi cukup besar dalam optimalisasi potensi anak. Di samping hal tersebut, klinik Mary dalam memberikan layanannya belum terprogram secara tertulis, sistematis dan terarah. Tujuan akhir penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan program penatalaksanaan perilaku hiperaktif pada anak autistik di klinik Mary. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan alat pengumpul datanya adalah: pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara. Prosedur penelitian melalui lima tahapan yaitu: (1) Pengungkapan data tentang kondisi obyektif lapangan, (2) kajian konseptual tentang perilaku hiperaktif pada anak autistik di klinik Mary, (3) perumusan pengembangan program hipotetik tentang penatalaksanaan perilaku hiperaktif pada anakautistik di klinik Mary, (4) validasi rasional melalui seminar dan lokakarya (semiloka), (5) rekomendasi rumusan program akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku hiperaktif padaanakautistik di klinik Mary belum optimal dalam hal: aspek pemusatan perhatian dan aktivitas tinggi seperti: Mudah beralih perhatian, tidak selesai dalam pengerjaan tugastugas, kaki dan tangan tidak dapat diam, banyak bergerak di tempat duduk, sering meninggalkan tempat duduk dan berlari-lari dan memanjat secara berlebihan. Pelaksanaan penatalaksanaan perilaku hiperaktif pada anak autistik oleh paedagog belum terprogram secara sistematis dan terarah, penatalaksanaan yang terintegrasi dalam kegiatan terapi lebih ditekankan pada pengelolaan tantrum pada anak.Perlakuan perawat dalam memperlakukan anak autistik di klinik Mary mengikuti perlakuan yang dilakukan oleh paedagog di samping itu juga memberikan pelayanan medis, ada beberapa peran sebagai pendamping yang tidak dilakukan oleh perawat dalam memberikan layanan pada anak autistik hiperaktif. Hal lain yang ditemukan adalah pemberian instruksi yang tumpang-tindih antara perawat, paedagog dan pengasuh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka ditemukan program penatalaksanaan perilaku hiperaktif pada anak autistik dan rekomendasi kepada klinik Mary untuk pengembangannya yang sudah divalidasi melalui semiloka yang meliputi: rasional, visi, misi, tujuan penatalaksanaan perilaku hiperaktif pada anak autistik, ruang lingkup penatalaksanaan perilaku, metode, waktu dan tempat pelaksanaan penatalaksanaan perilaku, komponen program penatalaksanaan perilaku, jenis penatalaksanaan perilaku, evaluasi penatalaksanaan perilaku, dan program penatalaksanaan perilaku ----- This research is conducted according to perception to autistic children in Mary clinic. Almost of autistic children, which handled by Mary clinic show hyperactive behavior in the case of concentration of attention, high activity and impulsivities. This is matter very influencing of children's growth to maximize their potency. Pedagogic and nurse as shadow in giving service to autism this disorder children give many contribution in optimal children's potency. Beside that, Mary's Clinic also in giving its service is not yet program in writing, directional and systematically. The final purpose of research is developed hyperactive behavioral of arrangement program to autistic children in Mary clinic. To reach its target, used the approach of research qualitative by using the case study method. The data collecting technique performed in this research are: observation, documentation and interview. While its data collector are: observation, interview guidance. The research of procedure through five steps that are: (1) Expression data about condition of objective field, (2) conceptual study about hyperactive behavior at autistic child in Mary clinic, (3) formulation of hypothetic development program about hyperactive arrangement behavioral to autism this disorder child in Mary clinic, (4) rational validation through workshop and seminar, (5) formula recommendation final program. Result of research indicate that hyperactive behavior to autistic children in Mary clinic not yet optimal in many cases: concentration aspect of high activity and attention such as: Easy to change over attention, do not finish in workmanship ofduties, extremity cannot be kept quiet, moving many in place, often push along to sit and run and climb redundantly. Hyperactive behavioral execution arrangement to autistic child by pedagogic program is not yet systematically and is directional, the arrangement which is integrated in activity of therapy more emphasized at management oftantrum to child. Conducted ofnurse in treating to autistic children in Mary clinic follow treatment conducted by pedagogic despitefully also give medical service, there are some roles as shadow which do not be conducted by nurse in giving service at hyperactive autistic children. Beside that there are something else are giving of instruction which overlap between nurse, nursemaid and pedagogic. According to result of research, There are found hyperactive arrangement behavioral program at autistic child and recommend to Mary clinic for its development which have been validity through seminary covering are: rational, vision, mission, target of hyperactive behavioral to autistic child, behavioral escape, method, behavioral execution place and time, behavioral program component, type, behavioral evaluation, and behavioral program arrangement.
