Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh manusia sebagai makhluk sosial yang tidak lepas dari konflik sosial. Terutama yang terlihat dalam karya sastra yang berupa kumpulan cerpen Moal Dimumurah karya I. asikin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan struktur dan konflik sosial dalam kumpulan cerpen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif analitik, dengan memakai teknik tabel untuk mengumpulkan dan mendistribusikan datanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini struktur berdasarkan (1) téma, (2) tokoh, (3) alur, dan (4) latar. Konflik sosial yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini digolongkan berdasarkan (1) bedanya ciri-ciri yaitu (a) ciri fisik, (b) emosi, (c) Kebudayaan, (d) tingkah laku, (e) gagasan, (f) pendirian, dan (h) kepentingan. Selain itu, (2) konflik berdasarkan bentuknya diantaranya (a) konflik pribadi, (b) konflik kelompok, (c) konflik kelas sosial, (d) konfik ras, (e) konflik politik, jeung (f) konflik budaya. Kata kunci: Konflik sosial, Psikologi, Struktural This research is motivated by humans as social beings who cannot be separated from social conflict. Especially seen in literary works in the form of a collection of short stories Moal Dimumurah by I. Asikin. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the structure and social conflict in a collection of short stories. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic method, using table technique to collect and distribute the data. The result of this research is the structure is based on (1) theme, (2) character, (3) plot, and (4) setting. The social conflicts found in this study are classified based on (1) different characteristics, namely (a) physical characteristics, (b) emotions, (c) culture, (d) behavior, (e) ideas, (f) attitudes, and (h) interest. In addition, (2) conflicts based on their forms include (a) personal conflicts, (b) group conflicts, (c) social class conflicts, (d) racial conflicts, (e) political conflicts, and (f) cultural conflicts.
