Abstract
Pelaksanaan program pelatihan salah satunya dapat diukur melalui peforma instruktur yang dilihat dari penyampaian materi, kemampuan berkomunikasi, pemberian tugas pada peserta, dan penilaian peserta terhadap instruktur. Untuk melihat kinerja tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengukur perserpsi peserta pelatihan terhadap instruktur yang di laksanakan pada Balai Pendidikan Pelatihan Dan Pembangunan Karakter SDM Transportasi Ciwidey Kabupaten Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penyampaian materi, kemampuan berkomunikasi, pemberian tugas pada peserta, dan penilaian peserta terhadap instruktur. Kajian teori yang mendukung penelitian ini adalah teori mengenai persepsi peserta dan kompetensi instruktur. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan responden sebanyak 40 orang peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: 1) Hasil penelitian persepsi peserta pelatihan mengenai penyajian materi oleh instruktur berada dalam kategori tinggi yang artinya instruktur sudah menyampaikan materi pada peserta pelatihan dengan baik yang terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu tahapan pra pembelajaran, kegiatan inti pembelajaran, dan kegiatan penutup pembelajaran. Instruktur menyampaikan materi dengan secara sistematis, efektif, dan efisien., 2) Hasil penelitian persepsi peserta pelatihan mengenai kemampuan berkomunikasi instruktur berada dalam kategori tinggi yang artinya menurut peserta pelatihan instruktur sudah dapat melakukan komunikasi yang baik selama kegiatan pelatihan berlangsung., 3) Hasil penelitian persepsi peserta pelatihan mengenai pemberian tugas yang diberikan oleh instruktur berada dalam kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi yang artinya instruktur telah memberikan tugas sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada,meningkatkan perhatian peserta pelatihan, membangkitkan dan memelihara motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan, dan mendorong munculnya tingkah laku peserta yang produktif., 4) Hasil penelitian persepsi peserta pelatihan terhadap penilaian peserta latihan oleh instruktur berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi kegiatan penilaian dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan yang mutlak harus dilaksanakan oleh instruktur dalam pembelajaran. To see this performance, this research was conducted by measuring the perceptions of training participants towards instructors which was carried out at the Training and Character Development Education Center for Transportation Human Resources Ciwidey, Bandung Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the delivery of material, communication skills, assigning assignments to participants, and assessing participants' assessment of the instructor. Theoretical studies that support this research are theories regarding participant perceptions and instructor competencies. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with 40 respondents as training participants. The results obtained are: 1) The results of the research on the perception of the training participants regarding the presentation of the material by the instructor are in the high category, which means the instructor has delivered the material to the trainees well which consists of 3 stages, namely pre-learning stages, core learning activities, and closing activities. learning. The instructor delivered the material in a systematic, effective, and efficient manner. 2) The results of the research on the perception of the trainees regarding the instructor's communication skills were in the high category, which means that according to the trainees the instructors were able to communicate well during the training activities., 3) The results of the study trainees' perceptions of the assignments given by the instructors are in the high and very high categories, which means that the instructors have given assignments in accordance with existing procedures, increased the attention of trainees, aroused and maintained the learning motivation of trainees, and encouraged the emergence of productive participant behavior. ., 4) The results of the research on perceptions of trainees on the assessment of trainees by instructors are in the very high category. Assessment activities in the learning process are activities that absolutely must be carried out by instructors in learning.
