Abstract
Meningkatnya penyebaran virus COVID-19 yang sangat tinggi menjadi permasalahan yang berdampak ke kehidupan manusia secara global, terutama dalam bidang pendidikan yang tidak bisa kita abaikan. Hampir 2 (dua) tahun pembelajaran daring dinilai tidak efektif sehingga pemerintah mengeluarkan Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) 4 Menteri tentang penyelenggaraan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM). Warga sekolah beresiko dalam penularan virus COVID-19 ini, hal tersebut dikarenakan kontak jarak dekat antar warga sekolah yang mungkin saja positif virus Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kesiapan sekolah selama Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) di kecamatan Cimalaka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif komparatif dengan jenis metode penelitian adalah self-assessment dan observasi menggunakan angket kuisioner yang sama. Dengan menggunakan lembar angket berisikan pertanyaan dari Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang dicantumkan pada pedoman singkat persiapan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran tatap muka pada satuan Pendidikan sesuai kebiasaan baru pada tahun 2021. Dalam penelitian ini dilibatkan 29 Sekolah Dasar Negeri kecamatan Cimalaka sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya perbedaan hasil antara kuisioner dengan self-assessment dan observasi. Hasil self-assessment lebih besar dibandingkan dengan hasil observasi. Dapat disimpulkan lebih dari 50% sekolah dasar di Cimalaka baik dalam persiapan untuk pembelajaran tatap muka. kekurangan dan kelebihan metode yang digunakan, ketidaklengkapan pengisian kuisioner dan perbedaan kondisi antara pengisi dan observer adalah penyebab perbedaan hasil tersebut. Kata kunci : Covid-19, Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM), Kesiapan Sekolah, Protokol Kesehatan. The increasing spread of the very high COVID-19 virus has become a problem that has an impact on human life globally, especially in the field of education that we cannot ignore. Almost 2 (two) years of online learning was considered ineffective, so the government issued a Joint Decree (SKB) of 4 Ministers regarding the implementation of Face-to-face Learning (PTM). School residents are at risk of transmitting the COVID-19 virus, this is due to close contact between school residents who may be positive for the Covid-19 virus. This study aims to determine the description of school readiness during Face-to-face Learning (PTM) in Cimalaka sub-district. This type of research is a comparative descriptive quantitative research with the type of research method is selfassessment and observation using the same questionnaire. By using a questionnaire containing questions from the Education and Culture Office of the Central Java Provincial Government which are included in the brief guidelines for the preparation and implementation of face-to-face learning in Education units according to new habits in 2021. In this study, 29 public elementary schools in the Cimalaka sub-district were involved as research subjects. The results of this study are the differences in results between the questionnaire with self-assessment and observation. The results of selfassessment are greater than the results of observations. It can be concluded that more than 50% of primary schools in Cimalaka are well in preparation for face-to-face learning. the advantages and disadvantages of the method used, the incompleteness of filling out the questionnaire and the difference in conditions between the filler and the observer are the causes of the difference in the results..
