Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya penerapan era new normal. Hal tersebut tentunya mempengaruhi diberbagai bidang satunya adalah bidang pendidikan. Salah satu inovasi yang banyak dipergunakan di era new normal yaitu blended learning. Namun, perubahan sistem pembelajaran membuat pihak sekolah harus memiliki kesiapan yang matang untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara blended learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kesiapan sekolah dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran secara blended learning di SMP Negeri 2 Lakbok Kabupaten Ciamis di era new normal yang dilihat dari lima aspek yaitu kesiapan guru, kesiapan peserta didik, kesiapan infrastruktur, kesiapan dukungan manajemen, dan kesiapan dukungan media pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner, dan teknik wawancara bebas. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa dengan total sebanyak 248 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah E-learning Readiness Aydin & Tasci (2005). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesiapan sekolah dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran secara blended learning di SMP Negeri 2 Lakbok Kabupaten Ciamis di era new normal dilihat dari aspek kesiapan guru, kesiapan peserta didik, kesiapan infrastruktur sekolah, kesiapan dukungan manajemen, dan kesiapan media pembelajaran berada dalam kategori siap, tetapi membutuhkan sedikit peningkatan. Hasil penelitian sejalan dengan hasil wawancara yang menyatakan bahwa sekolah sudah siap dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran secara blended learning meskipun dari keseluruhan aspek masih memerlukan peningkatan yang maksimal hal ini untuk menjadikan pembelajaran blended learning lebih efektif. This research is motivated by the application of the new normal era. Where life continues normally but adapts to health protocols. This certainly affects various fields, one of which is the field of education. One of the innovations that is widely used in the new normal era is blended learning. However, changes in the learning system make the school must have mature readiness to carry out blended learning. This study aims to measure school readiness in implementing blended learning at SMP Negeri 2 Lakbok Ciamis Regency in the new normal era which is seen from five aspects, namely teacher readiness, student readiness, infrastructure readiness, management support readiness, and learning media support readiness. The research method used was descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire/questionnaire, and used free interview techniques. The research samples used were principals, teachers, and students with a total of 248 people. The data analysis technique used in this study used E-learning Readiness Aydin & Tasci (2005). The results showed that school readiness in implementing blended learning at SMP Negeri 2 Lakbok Ciamis Regency in the new normal era was seen from the aspects of teacher readiness, student readiness, school infrastructure readiness, management support readiness, and learning media readiness were in the ready category, but required slight increase. The results of the study are in line with the results of interviews which state that schools are ready to implement blended learning although from all aspects they still need maximum improvement, this is in order to make blended learning more effective.
