Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan instrumen tes standar online, memperoleh tanggapan terkait tes standar dalam halaman web dan aplikasi Android, serta memperoleh profil keterampilan abad 21. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan ADDIE, yang terdiri dari tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation yang menghasilkan produk berupa dua aplikasi Android serta satu halaman website untuk mengukur keterampilan abad 21 pada pokok bahasan kalor dan perpindahan kalor yang telah mendapatkan sertifikat HKI. Untuk menguji kelayakan item tes, dilakukan validasi oleh ahli materi dan uji coba terbatas. Validasi oleh ahli materi pada tahap I dan II diolah menggunakan content validity ratio (CVR) dan content validity index (CVI) menunjukkan bahwa instrumen ternilai valid. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan dua kali pada 63 peserta didik dan 94 peserta didik pada satu SMA di Kota Bandung. Tahap I menunjukkan bahwa instrumen soal masih memerlukan revisi karena ada beberapa item soal yang tidak valid serta reliabilitas soal sedang dan tinggi. Tahap II menunjukkan bahwa instrumen soal sudah layak diuji coba secara luas karena semua item soal sudah valid dan reliabilitas sangat tinggi. Untuk menguji kelayakan tes standar yang dibuat dalam halaman web dan aplikasi Android, peneliti mengumpulkan tanggapan dari 2 ahli media, 2 pendidik, 8 teman sejawat, dan 13 peserta didik. Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Android dan halaman web layak digunakan dengan presentase 85,59% dan 86,57%. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di 8 provinsi di Indonesia, keterampilan abad 21 peserta didik di 3 provinsi masih dalam tingkat rendah. Beberapa keterampilan abad 21 di lima provinsi lainnya berada di tingkat menengah, seperti keterampilan kolaborasi pada pokok bahasan suhu dan pemuaian serta keterampilan berpikir kritis pada pokok bahasan perpindahan kalor di Jawa Barat berada di tingkat menengah sedangkan keterampilan lainnya masih dalam tingkat rendah. Secara keseluruhan, profil keterampilan abad 21 peserta didik cenderung menunjukkan tingkat keterampilan abad 21 yang rendah, kecuali pada keterampilan kolaborasi pada pokok bahasan suhu dan pemuaian serta keterampilan berpikir kritis pada pokok bahasan perpindahan kalor sehingga perlu dilakukan treatment yang tepat guna meningkatkan keterampilan abad 21 peserta didik. Diharapkan produk dari penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan bagi tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik untuk kegiatan pembelajaran mandiri atau dijadikan contoh untuk menyusun tes standar online pada materi fisika lainnya maupun mata pelajaran lainnya. Kata Kunci: Profil Keterampilan Abad 21, Tes Standar, Tes Online, Kegiatan Eksperimen, Kalor dan Perpindahan Kalor The purpose of this study was to develop and test the feasibility of online, obtain responses related to standardized tests in web pages and Android applications, and obtain a 21st century skill profile. The research method used was research and development (R&D) by adapting the ADDIE development model, which consists of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation which produce products in the form of two Android applications and one website page to measure 21st century skills on the subject of heat and heat transfer that have received HKI certificates. To test the feasibility of the test items, validation was carried out by material experts and limited trials. Validation by material experts in stages I and II was processed using the content validity ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI) indicating that the instrument was considered valid. Limited trials were conducted twice on 63 students and 94 students in one high school in Bandung. Phase I shows that the question instrument still requires revision because there are several items that are not valid and the reliability of the questions is moderate and high. Phase II shows that the test instrument is feasible to be tested widely because all item items are valid and the reliability is very high. To test the feasibility of standardized tests created in web pages and Android applications, researchers collected responses from 2 media experts, 2 educators, 8 colleagues, and 13 students. The results of the feasibility test show that Android applications and web pages are feasible to use with a percentage of 85.59% and 86.57%, respectively. Based on research conducted in 8 provinces in Indonesia, the 21st century skills of students in 3 provinces are still at a low level. Several 21st century skills in the other five provinces are at the intermediate level, such as collaboration skills on the subject of temperature and expansion and critical thinking skills on the subject of heat transfer in West Java are at the intermediate level while other skills are still at a low level. Overall, the 21st century skill profile of students tends to show a low 21st century skill level, except for collaboration skills on the subject of temperature and expansion as well as critical thinking skills on the subject of heat transfer so treatment is needed to improve students' 21st century skills. Expected the product of this research can be used for educators and students for independent learning activities or be used as an example for compiling online standard tests on other physics materials and other subjects.
