Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan berubahnya sistem pembelajaran pada layanan pendidikan non formal yang pada mulanya dilaksanakan secara offline menjadi pembelajaran online. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui langkah kerja penyelenggaraan program yang diselenggarakan oleh PKBM selama masa pandemic covid-19, faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat penyelenggaraan program di PKBM selama masa pandemic covid-19 dan kesiapan warga belajar di PKBM dalam mengikuti program selama pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed method). Pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada 2 orang pengelola dan 1 orang tutor, sedangkan pengumpulan data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 58 warga belajar. Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu 1) PKBM Bina Mandiri Cipageran dapat menyelenggarakan program pendidikan non formal selama pandemic covid-19 dengan pendekatan pembelajaran online, terdapat lima langkah kerja penyelenggaraan program tersebut yaitu analisa kebutuhan & potensi, menetapkan program dalam visi misi lembaga, menetapkan input dan stakeholder, melaksanakan program, mengevaluasi capaian program. 2) Terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang penyelenggaraan program selama pandemic covid-19, 7 komponen sistem pendidikan non formal menjadi salah satu faktor keberhasilan program dengan pembelajaran online yang diselenggarakan oleh PKBM. Faktor penghambat yang paling utama dalam penyelenggaraan pembelajaran online yaitu keterbatasan kuota yang dimiliki oleh warga belajar. 3) Penyelenggaraan pembelajaran online dapat dilaksanakan oleh lembaga PKBM apabila warga belajar memiliki kesiapan, kesiapan tersebut meliputi warga belajar memiliki kemampuan menggunakan smartphone/komputer, pemahaman teknologi pembelajaran online, kesiapan menerima materi secara online dan sikap positif terhadap pembelajaran online. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a change in the learning system in non-formal education services, which was originally implemented offline into online learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the work steps of implementing programs organized by PKBM during the covid-19 pandemic, the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing programs at PKBM during the covid-19 pandemic and the readiness of learning residents at PKBM in participating in the program during the covid-19 pandemic. . This study uses a mixed method (mixed method). The qualitative approach uses descriptive analysis and the quantitative approach uses descriptive analysis. Qualitative data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Interviews were conducted with 2 managers and 1 tutor, while quantitative data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 58 students. The research results obtained are 1) PKBM Bina Mandiri Cipageran can organize non-formal education programs during the covid-19 pandemic with an online learning approach, there are five working steps for implementing the program, namely analyzing needs & potential, establishing programs in the institution's vision and mission, determining input and stakeholders, implement programs, evaluate program achievements. 2) There are supporting and hindering factors in implementing the program during the covid-19 pandemic, 7 components of the non-formal education system are one of the success factors of the program with online learning organized by PKBM. The most important inhibiting factor in the implementation of online learning is the limited quota owned by learning residents. 3) The implementation of online learning can be carried out by PKBM institutions if learning residents have readiness, this readiness includes learning residents who have the ability to use smartphones/computers, understanding online learning technology, readiness to receive online material and positive attitudes towards online learning.
