Abstract

Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan sebagai mata pelajaran produktif yang diduga disebabkan oleh iklim sekolah dan kemandirian belajar. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu iklim sekolah (X1), kemandirian belajar (X2) dan prestasi belajar (Y). Iklim sekolah merujuk pada suasana kehidupan sekolah yang diciptakan oleh sekelompok sosial yang tercipta melalui interaksi antar personilnyayang terdiri dari komponen-komponen yang saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain. Kemandirian belajar merupakan suatu kegiatan atau aktivitas belajar oleh siswa yang didorong atas keinginan sendiri dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan percaya diri dalam menyelesaikan suatu masalah. Prestasi belajar merupakan hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa selama proses pembelajaran berupa perubahan tingkah laku yang mencakup aspek kognitif, aspek afektif dan aspek psikomotor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran iklim sekolah, kemandirian belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim sekolah dan kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Populasi sebanyak 72 siswa Kelas X OTKP di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh iklim sekolah berada pada kategori kondusif, kemandirian belajar berada pada kategori sedang dan prestasi belajar berada kategori sedang. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa iklim sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Kemudian, kemandirian belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa iklim sekolah dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Kelas X OTKP di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. The problem that is studied in this research is that students' learning achievement in Archiving Subjects are not optimal as productive subject, which are thought to be caused by the school climate and self-directed learning. This study consists of three variables, namely school climate (X1), self-directed learning (X2) and learning achievement (Y). School climate refers to the atmosphere of school life created by a social group created through interactions between personnel consisting of components that influence each other. self-directed learning is an activity or learning activity by students who are driven by their own desires with full responsibility and confidence in solving a problem. Learning achievement is the learning result obtained by students during the learning process in the form of changes in behavior that include cognitive aspects, affective aspects and psychomotor aspects. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the school climate, self-directed learning and student achievement. In addition, The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of school climate and self-directed learning on student achievement. The research method used is explanatory survey method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with likert scale model. The population is 72 students of Class X OTKP at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the school climate was in the conducive category, self-directed learning was in the medium category and learning achievement was in the medium category. The results of hypothesis testing shows that the school climate has a significant effect on student achievement. Then, self-directed learning has a significant effect on learning achievement. Thus it can be concluded that the school climate and self-directed learning have a significant effect on the learning achievement of Class X OTKP students at SMK Bina Warga Bandung.
