Abstract

Kabupaten Tangerang merupakan salah satu dari empat kabupaten di Provinsi Banten dengan daya tarik wisata yang terdiri dari wisata alam, wisata buatan, wisata budaya, wisata religi dan wisata minat khusus. Saat ini wisata Tebing Koja belum mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari pemerintah, terdapat 80 potensi daya tarik yang terdapat di Kabupaten Tangerang dan wisata Tebing Koja belum adanya pengelolaan yang baik dari Dinas Pariwisata untuk mengembangkan potensi tersebut. Dispar Kabupaten Tangerang telah mempunyai beberapa startegi untuk memaksimalkan pengembangan serta pengelolaan potensi pariwisata yang ada. Strategi ini belum mampu memberikan hasil yang signifikan dalam mengoptimalkan potensi wisata Tebing Koja. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui potensi wisata, menganalisis pengembangan melalui analisis komponen usaha pengembangan pariwisata dan menelaah yang perlu dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam pengembangan wisata Tebing Koja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel responden dilakukan secara Sampling Accidentall dan Sampling Jenuh dengan jumlah 132 responden seperti wisatawan, pengelola, masyarakat dan pemerintah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif berupa persentase, Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif berupa skala likert serta Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif berupa analisis SWOT, dan Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik kuantitatif berupa IFAS/EFAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa potensi wisata yang terdapat di Tebing Koja ialah potensi wisata alam yang dikelompokkan menjadi dua berupa surface material seperti tebing pasir menjulang tinggi dan Air seperti danau yang menjadi daya tarik wisata. Pengembangan yang terdapat di Tebing Koja belum optimal dilaksanakan seperti akomodasi, fasilitas pelayanan lain dan transportasi, hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengelolaan yang baik dari pemerintah maupun pengelola dan masyarakat. Strategi yang dilakukan pemerintah ialah membagi tugas kegiatan pada bidang pariwisata yang meliputi: pengembangan daya tarik wisata, promosi dan usaha pariwisata, sarana dan prasarana serta tenaga kerja pariwisata daerah. Tangerang Regency is one of 4 districts in Banten Province with a tourist attraction consisting of natural tourism, artificial tourism, cultural tourism, religious tourism and special interest tourism. Currently, Tebing Koja tourism has not received special attention from the government, there are 80 potential attractions in Tangerang Regency and Tebing Koja tourism has not received good management from Dispar to develop this potential. Dinas Pariwisata Tangerang Regency has had several startups to maximize the development and management of existing tourism potential. This strategy has not been able to provide significant results in optimizing the tourism potential of Tebing Koja. The purpose of this research is to know the potential of tourism, analyze development through analysis of tourism development business components and study what needs to be done by the government in the development of Tebing Koja tourism. The method used in this study is quantitative surveying. The sampling of respondents was carried out by Accidentall Sampling and Saturated Sampling with a total of 132 respondents such as tourists, managers, communities and the government. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics in the form of persentase, data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis in the form of likert scales and data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis in the form of SWOT analysis, and data analysis techniques using quantitative statistics in the form of IFAS / EFAS. The results showed that the tourism potential contained in Tebing Koja is the potential of natural tourism which is grouped into two in the form of surface materials such as towering sand cliffs and water such as lakes that become a tourist attraction. The development in Tebing Koja has not been optimally implemented such as accommodation, other service facilities and transportation, this is due to the lack of good management from the government, managers and the community. Government's strategy was to divide the tasks of activities in the tourism sector which included: development of tourist attractions, promotion and tourism business, facilities and infrastructure and regional tourism workforce.
