Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki keefektifan strategi writing task metakognitif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa dan keterampilan komunikasi siswa serta hubungan antar kedua variabel tersebut pada materi Momentum dan Impuls. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan pretest-posttest control group design dan dilaksanakan di salah satu sekolah menengah di Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur penguasaan konsep adalah soal kognitif berupa tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 20 butir, sedangkan instrumen untuk mengukur keterampilan komunikasi adalah tugas menulis berupa jurnal pembelajaran. Hasil analisis menggunakan presentase gain dinormalisasi menunjukan bahwa strategi writing task Metakognitif lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa. Adapun hubungan antara penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan komunikasi berdasarkan hasil analisis uji korelasi tergolong dalam kriteria sedang Kata kunci : Writing task Metakognitif, Penguasaan Konsep, Keterampilan Komunikasi, Momentum dan Impuls   ABSTRACT Implementation of Writing Task Metakognitif Strategies for Physics Online Learning on The Topic of Momentum and Impulses to Improve Mastery of Student Concepts and Communication Skills Maurizka Chairunnissa 1703727 Skripsi Surpervisor I : Prof. Dr. Parlindungan Sinaga, M.Si. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness the strategy of writing task Metakognitif in improving the mastery of student concepts and communication skills of students and the relationship between that variabels in Momentum and Impulse Material. This study uses quasi experiment method with pretest-posttest control group design and implemented in one of the high schools in West Bandung Regency, West Java. The instrument used to measure the mastery of concepts is a 20 item multiple choice test while instruments to measure communication skills are writing tasks form learning journal . the resluts of analysis using the percentage of gain normalized showed that the strategy of writing task Metakognitif was more effective in improving the mastery of student concepts. And the relationship between mastery of concepts and communication skills based on the results of correlation test analysis is include in the medium criteria.
