Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan antara integrasi life skills dan tidak integrasi life skills dalam olahraga futsal untuk mengembangkan pemuda yang positif, jika terdapat perbedaan mana yang lebih baik. Konsep integrasi menjadi esensial dalam pelatihan olahraga dengan sasaran atau hal-hal yang berkaitan non olahraga. Kecakapan hidup yang terdiri 8 komponen dicoba diintegrasikan dalam latihan olahraga futsal dengan cara sebagai berikut: pertama tetapkan salah satu komponen life skills jelaskan diawal, simulasikan di dalam proses latihan dan diskusikan dalam bagian akhir latihan, proses ini dibandingkan dengan latihan futsal sebagaimana biasanya atau tidak terintegrasi lifes skills. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 149 orang dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Desain penelitian adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program IBM Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 22. Instrumen ini menggunakan LSSS (Life Skills Scale Sport). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan perkembangan Life skills antara kelompok latihan olahraga futsal terintegrasi life skills dan kelompok latihan olahraga futsal tidak terintegrasi life skills. Perbedaan tersebut signifikan dengan posisi keunggulan tertinggi ada pada kelompok latihan latihan olahraga futsal terintegrasi life skills, kemudian kelompok latihan olahraga futsal tidak terintegrasi life skills. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa keterlibatan dalam olahraga futsal dapat mengembangkan life skills terutama apabila dalam proses latihannya diintegrasikan. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata posttest pada kelompok kontrol, komponen problem solving and decision making memiliki nilai tertinggi, sedangkan komponen emotional skills memperoleh nilai paling kecil. Adapun untuk nilai rata-rata posttest pada kelompok eksperimen komponen teamwork memiliki nilai tertinggi, sedangkan komponen emotional skills memperoleh nilai paling kecil. The concept of integration is essential in sports training with goals or non-sport related matters. Life skills consisting of 8 components are tried to be integrated in futsal sports training in the following way: first determine one of the components of life skills explained at the beginning, simulate it in the training process and discuss it at the end of the exercise, this process is compared with futsal training as usual or not integrated life skills. The population in this study was 149 people with a sample of 30 people using purposive sampling technique. The research design was a pretest-posttest control group design. Data analysis was performed using the IBM Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 22 program. This instrument used the LSSS (Life Skills Scale Sport). The results showed that there were differences in the development of life skills between the futsal training group integrated with life skills and the futsal training group not integrated with life skills. The difference is significant with the highest position of excellence in the futsal training group with integrated life skills, then the futsal training group not integrated with life skills. This proves that involvement in futsal can develop life skills, especially if the training process is integrated. Based on the average posttest score in the control group, the problem solving and decision making component has the highest score, while the emotional skills component has the lowest score. As for the posttest average score in the experimental group, the teamwork component has the highest score, while the emotional skills component gets the lowest score.
