Abstract

Pengelolaan pembelajaran merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki guru dengan baik. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan dilapangan pengelolaan pembelajaran guru masih belum optimal disebabkan beberapa masalah, yaitu penguasaan manajemen kelas guru terbatas metode dan model pembelajaran yang tidak variatif. Tahapan supervisi masih kurang yaitu evaluasi tindak lanjut dalam pembinaan guru. Kemudian, terdapat guru yang belum memahami literasi TIK diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan literasi teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Ciparay. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari populasi menggunakan instrumen kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Sekolah yang menjadi populasi dan sampel 63 SD Negeri di Kecamatan Ciparay. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner yang meliputi lokasi penelitian di SD Negeri Kecamatan Ciparay dengan jumlah 80 responden. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap pengelolaan pembelajaran guru memiliki kategori kuat, 2) pengaruh literasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terhadap pengelolaan pembelajaran guru memiliki kategori kuat, 3) pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan literasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terhadap pengelolaan pembelajaran guru memiliki kategori kuat selebihnya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil penelitian ini dijelaskan bahwa supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan literasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pengelolaan pembelajaran guru. Implikasi pada hasil penelitian ini adalah jika supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan literasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dilaksanakan dengan baik maka berpengaruh pada meningkatnya pengelolaan pembelajaran guru. Learning management is an ability that must be possessed by a good teacher. Based on a preliminary study in the field, the management of teacher learning is still not optimal due to several problems, namely the teacher's class mastery is limited by methods and learning models that are not varied. The supervision stage is still lacking in follow-up evaluation in teacher development. Then, there are teachers who do not understand ICT literacy which is implemented in the learning process.Therefore, researchers are interested in researching further. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the principal's academic supervision and information technology literacy on the teaching performance of State Elementary School teachers in Ciparay District. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This study took a sample of the population using a questionnaire instrument as a data collection tool. Schools that became the population and sample of 63 public elementary schools in Ciparay District. Sampling using a questionnaire which includes the location of the study in SD Negeri Ciparay with a total of 80 respondents. Based on the research, it can be concluded that: 1) the influence of the principal's academic supervision on the management of teacher learning has a strong category, 2) the influence of information and communication technology literacy on the management of teacher learning has a strong category, 3) the influence of the principal's academic supervision and information and communication technology literacy on the management of teacher learning has a strong category, the rest is influenced by other factors. The results of this study explained that the principal's academic supervision and information and communication technology literacy had a significant and positive effect on the management of teacher learning. The implication of the results of this study is that if the principal's academic supervision and information and communication technology literacy are carried out properly, it will have an impact on improving teacher learning management.
