Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the quality service management of learning based on good and strong characters at SMK Daarut Tauhid Puteri. The research method used is a research method using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is by using field observation, interviews, documentation studies and data verification. The results of the research conducted at Daarut Tauhid Puteri Vocational School on quality service management based on good and strong character are: (1) Daarut Tauhid Vocational School has a good and strong character concept that comes from Islamic values that are applied to all school components; (2) good and strong learning quality service planning based on Islamic values embodied in good and strong character; (3) planning carried out in the field of curriculum by integrating the Disdik curriculum and the Daarut Tauhid curriculum; (4) implementation of good and strong character-based learning quality services based on the motto, "ibda bi nasik!" which means starting from yourself and by doing and carrying out what has been planned; (5) the assessment conducted is divided into: (a) daily assessment; (b) weekly assessment; (c) monthly assessment; (d) quarterly assessment; e) six- month assessment. There are also supporting factors at the Daarut Tauhid VocationalSchool are: (1) Islamic nuances are so thick that the application of good and strong characters is easy to implement; (2) facilities that support learning so that itcan become a tool to support the teaching and learning process carried out at the Daarut Tauhid Vocational School; (3) the teachers are relatively young so that they become a resource that deserves to be managed. There are also inhibiting factors in the management of quality learning services based on good and strong characters, namely (1) the bad habits of students who are stillcarried away from home; (2) the class is too narrow.
