Efektivitas Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Berbasis Experiential Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Kepribadian Kreatif Siswa (Studi Eksperimen Terhadap Siswa Kelas X Smkn 1 Cimahi Tahun Akademik 2021/2022). Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Gelombang revolusi industri 4.0 membawa implikasi berupa kemudahan sekaligus tantangan baru dalam praktik pendidikan yang menuntut segenap keterampilan khusus yang harus disiapkan dan dikuasai oleh generasi muda diantaranya yaitu kompetensi memecahkan masalah yang kompleks dan menciptakan sesuatu yang baru yaitu kreativitas. Strategi dalam kreativitas diperlukan agar dapat merespon dengan cepat tuntutan yang terjadi sebagai peluang dan tantangan agar semakin berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kreativitas, rumusan program dan efektivitas bimbingan kelompok berbasis experiential learning dalam mengembangkan kepribadian kreatif di SMKN 1 Cimahi. Penenlitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasi experiment non-equilvalent pre-test dan post-test control group design. Inventori yang digunakan adalah instrumen kepribadian kreatif sebanyak 55 item. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas X SMKN 1 Cimahi sebanyak 485 siswa dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bimbingan kelompok berbasis experiential learning efektif untuk mengembangkan kepribadian kreatif siswa SMK. Rekomendasi ditujukkan kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling agar dapat mengimplementasikan bimbingan kelompok berbasis experiential learning dengan pengembangan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa. This is what requires all the special skills must be prepared and controlled by the younger generation such as the competence of solving complex problems and creating something new that is creativity. Strategy in creativity is required to respond quickly the demands that occur as opportunities and challenges to grow. This study aims to determine the profile of creativity, program formulation and the effectiveness of experiential learning-based group guidance in developing creative personalities at SMKN 1 Cimahi. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental non-equilvalent pre-test and post-test control group design. The inventory used is a creative personality instrument of 55 items. The research was conducted on 485 students of class X SMKN 1 Cimahi with purposive sampling. The results showed that group guidance based on experiential learning was effective for developing the creative personality of vocational students. Recommendations are addressed to guidance and counseling teachers in order to implement experiential learning-based group guidance with development tailored to the needs and characteristics of students.
