Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat gelombang kopi dan minat berkunjung pada wisata kopi generasi Z dan milenials Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, dimana penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan cara observasi, studi pustaka, dan penyebaran angket. Generasi Z dan milenials merupakan populasi dari penelitian ini. Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dan kuantitatif. The purpose of this research is to identify the waves of coffee and the interest to visit coffee tourism of milenials and z generation in DKI Jakarta. This research use descriptive quantitative method with an observation, literature study, and spreading survey. The population of this research is the coffeeshop customer in DKI Jakarta, by using 100 samples for the research. The method for analyzing data is descriptive quantitative and quantitative.
