Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Manajemen Implementasi Kurikulum Sistem Kredit Semester Menggunakan Unit Kegiatan Belajar Mandiri Di SMAN 1 Bandung”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk implementasi kurikulum sistem kredit semester dengan menggunakan unit kegiatan belajar mandiri di SMAN 1 Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, staf bidang kurikulum,guru kelas, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan mereduksi data, penyajiandata, dan penarikan kesimpulan dalam bentuk naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan implementasi kurikulum SKS menggunakan UKBM secara garis besar dimulai dari pembentukan tim SKS untuk melakukan perumusan sampai evaluasi kurikulum SKS, kemudian melakukan sosialisasi, memenuhi kelengkapan administrasi sekolah dengan sistem SKS, menyiapkan sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya material, menyusun UKBM untuk pembelajaran siswa, dan kemudian menerapkan UKBM berbasis IT. 2)Pelaksanaan kurikulum dalam pembelajaran dengan SKS menggunakan UKBM dilakukan dengan berbasis IT melalui aplikasi e-LMU (e-Learning Environment for UKBM) di dalamnya terdapat fitur penunjang pembelajaran yang bisa diakses guru maupun siswa yaitu materi pembelajaran, pemberian tugas, pengumpulan tugas, dan hasil belajar.3) Pengorganisasian kurikulum menggunakan SKS membagi siswa menjadi tiga kelompok belajar yaitu siswa kurang cepat, normal, dan cepat. 4) Evaluasi yang dilakukan di antaranya meliputi hasil belajar, siswa diberikan beban minimal 80% untuk pemenuhan nilai sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa. MANAGEMENT OF SEMESTER CREDIT SYSTEM CURRICULUM IMPLEMENTATION USING SELF STUDY ACTIVITY UNITS IN SMAN 1 BANDUNG by: Gina Fahmi Fitriani Elin Rosalin Suryadi ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Management of Semester Credit System Curriculum Implementation Using Independent Learning Activity Units at SMAN 1 Bandung". The purpose of this study was to determine the form of implementation of the semester credit system curriculum using independent learning activity units at SMAN 1 Bandung. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Sources of data from this study were principals, curriculum staff, classroom teachers, and students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions in the form of a narrative. The results of the study show that: 1) Planning for the implementation of the SKS curriculum using UKBM broadly starts from the formation of the SKS team to formulate to evaluate the SKS curriculum, then conduct socialization, fulfill the completeness of school administration with the SKS system, prepare human resources and material resources, prepare UKBM for student learning, and then implement IT-based UKBM. 2) The implementation of the curriculum in learning with credits using UKBM is carried out on an IT-based basis through the e-LMU (e- Learning Environment for UKBM) application in which there are learning support features that can be accessed by teachers and students, namely learning materials, assignment assignments, task collection, and learning outcomes. 3) Curriculum organization using credits divides students into three study groups, namely students who are less fast, normal, and fast. 4) Evaluations carried out include learning outcomes, students are given a minimum burden of 80% to fulfill grades according to students' abilities.
