Abstract

Kampung Naga is one of the traditional tourism objects in Tasikmalaya Regency. This study aims to identify the level of tourist perceptions regarding brand image, identify the level of tourist perceptions of tourist attractions, identify levels of tourist satisfaction in tourism activities, and analyze the magnitude of the influence of brand image and tourist attractions on tourist satisfaction in Kampung Naga. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Then the authors analyzed the questionnaire data obtained using a Likert scale, namely using multiple regression analysis techniques (multiple regression) with the help of SPSS 20 to find a correlation between brand image and tourist attraction on tourist satisfaction. The results show that the level of satisfaction obtained by tourists during tourist activities at a destination is influenced by the brand image and tourist attraction. Brand Image is a picture that is formed towards a tourist destination which is built continuously or sustainably. With a note that in this definition the image which is later confirmed by the tourist concerned is based on the experience and level of satisfaction with the quality of the tourist attraction obtained during the tour. Tourist attraction is one of the tourism products in a tourist destination which is the main motivation for tourists to carry out tourist visit activities. Then the quality of tourist attractions and a better brand image will be an influential indicator then able to make a linkage in terms of tourist satisfaction in a tourist attraction.
