Abstract
Literasi budaya dan kewargaan merupakan kemampuan warga Negara untuk dapat memilih budaya yang tepat untuk dijadikan landasan dalam bersikap dan berperilaku dalam masyarakat yang beragam sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Fokus masalah dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan model buku teks PPKn SMP Kelas VII berdasarkan literasi budaya dan kewargaan Pada Materi Keberagaman SARA Dalam Bingkai Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pengembangan research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Lokasi penelitian ini adalah SMP Islam Az Zahra Bandar lampung. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas VII di SMP Islam Az Zahra Bandar Lampung. Instrumen penelitian meliputi pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, angket, dan soal tes awal dan tes akhir. Teknik analisis data kualitatif meliputi reduksi dan penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan, dan analisis kuantitatifnya menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji beda dua rata-rata, dan perhitungan N-Gain. Hasil Penelitian:(1) Deskripsi literasi budaya dan kewargaan dalam pembelajaran menggunakan buku teks di SMP Islam Az Zahra Bandar lampung masih kurang optimal, yang disebabkan beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah kondisi pandemi covid-19, serta pengembangan materi, evaluasi dan penilaian dalam buku konvensional yang dimiliki oleh siswa belum mendukung pencapaian kompetensi literasi budaya dan kewargaan dalam diri siswa. (2) Pengembangan Model buku teks PPKn SMP kelas VII Berdasarkan literasi budaya dan kewargaan pada materi keberagaman SARA dalam bingkai Bhinneka tunggal Ika berupa pengintegrasian indikator serta nilai-nilai dalam kompetensi literasi budaya dan kewargaan pada materi pelajaran, evaluasi dan penilaian hasil belajar siswa. (3). Hasil uji N-Gain Score menunjukkan rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 73%, dan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 11%. Dengan demikian, model buku teks PPKn SMP Kelas VII Berdasarkan Literasi Budaya dan Kewargaan cukup efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Cultural literacy and citizenship is the ability of citizens to be able to choose the right culture to be used as a basis for behaving and behaving in a diverse society in accordance with the values of Pancasila. The focus of the problem and the purpose of this research is to find out how the development of the Civics Education textbook model for the seventh grade of junior high school based on cultural and citizenship literacy in SARA Diversity Materials in the Frame of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika.. This study uses a research and development (R&D) development design with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This research uses research and development design which the subject of it is a student of Az Zahra Islamic Junior High School Bandar Lampung. The instruments used in this research are observation guidelines, interview guidelines, questionnaires, and pre-test and post-test questions. The quantitative analysis uses normality test, homogeneity test, two-average difference test, and calculation of N_Gain score. The results of the study, namely: (1) the description of cultural literacy and citizenship in learning using textbooks at Az Zahra Islamic Junior High School Bandar Lampung is still less than optimal, which is caused by several factors, including the Covid-19 pandemic condition, as well as material development, evaluation and assessment in conventional books. Possessed by students have not supported the achievement of cultural literacy and civic competence in students. (2) Development of the Civic Education textbook model for seventh grade based on cultural literacy and citizenship on SARA diversity material in the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika frame in the form of integrating indicators and values in cultural literacy and civic competence in subject matter, evaluating and assessing student learning outcomes. (3) In the N-Gain Score test, the average score in the experimental class was 73%, and in the control class, it was 11%. Thus, the Civics Education textbook model for seventh grade of junior high school Based on Cultural and Citizenship literacy is quite effective in improving student learning outcomes.
