Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan fenomena manajemen pembelajaran santri yang terjadi di pondok pesantren dan menemukan strategi yang digunakan selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus di Ponpes Darul Ulum Kota Pekalongan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi mendalam dan studi dokumentasi dengan pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, terlihat bahwa manajemen pembelajaran merupakan faktor utama untuk menangani semua kegiatan di masa pandemi COVID-19. Namun, manajemen pembelajaran di Ponpes Darul Ulum Kota Pekalongan selama masa pandemi COVID-19 belum berjalan optimal dilihat dari empat fungsi manajemen pembelajaran yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajarannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi selama masa penyesuaian yang dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah strategi manajemen pembelajaran santri di Ponpes Darul Ulum Pekalongan yaitu pertama, melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam jaringan dengan media WhatsApp Group untuk program Tahfidz, Youtube dan Google Meet untuk program Kitab dan Zoom, Google Meet untuk Program Sains. Kedua, melakukan penyederhanaan kurikulum dan menurunkan pencapaian target. Ketiga, memberikan training 1 minggu bagi para guru. Keempat, menyediakan kuota dan wifi untuk para dewan asatidz. This study aims to explain the phenomenon of student learning management that occurs in Islamic boarding schools and find strategies used during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through a case study at the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Pekalongan. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, in-depth observation and study documentation. Based on the findings of this study, it appears that learning management is the main factor for handling all activities during the pandemic COVID-19. However, learning management at the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Pekalongan City during the COVID-19 pandemic has not run optimally from the learning management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. That is due to the challenges and obstacles faced during the adjustment periods. The result of this study are strategies of learning management santri at Ponpes Darul Ulum Pekalongan. First, implementing distance learning “Daring” with WhatsApp Group media for the Tahfidz programs, Youtube and Google meet for the Kitab programs, then Zoom and Google meet for the Science programs. Second, simplifies the curriculum reduce target achievement. Third, provide one-week training teachers. And fourth, supply quota and wifi for teachers who needs it.
