    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara citra tubuh dan self esteem pada mahasiswi Manajemen Resort & Leisure Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan signifikan antara citra tubuh dan self esteem. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 159 responden yang merupakan mahasiswi Manajemen Resort & Leisure (18-25 tahun) Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang kurang signifikan antara citra tubuh dan self esteem (r=0,299; p=0,05). Hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif antara citra tubuh dan self esteem.

    The research aims to analyze correlation between body image and self esteem for management resort and leisure students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The hypothesis of this research was stated that there are significantly correlation between body image and self esteem. This research has utilized quantitative approach which involved 159 respondents from Program of Management Resort and Leisure of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia’s student (18-25 years old). The analysis data utilized Pearson Product moment’s correlation. The research shows that there are less significant correlation between body image and self esteem (r=0,299; p=0,05). It is could be concluded that there are positive correlation between body image and self esteem.
