Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan perkembangan berbicara anak usia 5-6 tahun serta mengetahui proses pembelajaran di PAUD menggunakan media pembelajaran Pop-up Book pada kelompok B di TK X Kecamatan Purwakarta Tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan sebanyak empat siklus, setiap Siklusteridiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek dan sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B TK X Kecamatan Purwakarta. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif sederhana. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini menunjukan adanya perkembangan terhadap kemampuan berbicara anak pada setiap tindakannya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil tahap observasi awal, kemampuan berbicara anak pada umumnya berada pada kategori Belum Berkembang (BB) sebanyak 77,78%, kategori Mulai Berkembang (MB) sebanyak 22,22%. Dan belum ada anak yang mencapai kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) dan kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB). Namun setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran melalui metode bercerita menggunakan media Pop-up book, perkembangan keterampilan berbicara anak kelas B di TK X Kecamatan Purwakarta mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan, dimana anak sudah mencapai kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) sebanyak 22,22% dan anak yang mencapai kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) sebanyak 77,78%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas melalui metode bercerita menggunakan media Pop-up Book dapat mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara anak kelas B2 di TK X Kecamatan Purwakarta. Kata kunci: Metode Bercerita, Media Pop-up Book dan Keterampilan Berbicara Anak ----- This study aims to determine the developmental ability of speaking children aged 5-6 years and to know the learning process in PAUD using Pop-Up Book learning media in group B in TK X Purwakarta District 2018/2019 academic year. The design of this study is classroom action research (CAR). The research was conducted in four cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject and source of data in this study were children of group B TK X Purwakarta District. Data collection techniques in this study using observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple quantitative. The results of this class action research show an increase in children's speaking ability in each of their actions. This can be seen from the results of the initial observation stage, the speaking ability of children in general is in the category of Not Developing (BB) as much as 77.78%, the Beginning Developing category (MB) is 22.22%. And there are no children who have reached the Expectation Expectation (BSH) category and the Very Good Developing category (BSB). But after learning through the storytelling method using the Pop-Up Book media, the development of speaking skills of class B children in the TK X Purwakarta Subdistrict experienced a significant increase, in which children had reached 22,22% of the Expect according to Expectation (BSH) category and children who achieved Very Good Developing category (BSB) of 77,78%. Based on the results of classroom action research through the method of telling stories using the Pop-Up Book media can improve the speaking skills of class B2 in TK X Purwakarta sub-districts.
