Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis efek mediasi self-efficacy pada pengaruh kompetensi produktif akuntansi siswa, prakerin dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan kerja. Penetapan tujuan ini didasarkan pada rendahnya kesiapan kerja siswa SMKN di Kabupaten Cianjur yang terlihat pada lulusan siswa SMKN di Kabupaten Cianjur yang belum optimal terserap dalam dunia kerja/dunia industri. Dalam prosesnya, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, desain penelitian menggunakan descriptive design, teknik yang digunakan dalam mengambil sempel adalah proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menerapkan teknik slovin sehingga diperoleh 175 siswa SMKN di Kabupaten Cianjur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi hierarchical. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi produktif akuntansi siswa dan prakerin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self-efficacy, namun pada lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh negatif terhadap self-efficacy, (2) kompetensi produktif akuntansi siswa dan prakerin secara langsung berpengaruh negatif terhadap kesiapan kerja, akan tetapi pada lingkungan keluarga dan self-efficacy secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, (3) self-efficacy memediasi kompetensi produktif akuntansi siswa dan prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja, namun self-efficacy tidak memediasi lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan kerja. This study aims to determine and analyze the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the effect of students' productive accounting competencies, industrial work practices and family environment on job readiness. The setting of this goal is based on the low work readiness of SMKN students in Cianjur Regency which is seen in SMKN students' graduates in Cianjur Regency who have not been optimally absorbed in the world of work/industrial world. In the process, His study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, the research design uses a descriptive design, the technique used in taking the sample is proportional random sampling. This study applied the slovin technique to obtain 175 SMKN students in Cianjur Regency. The data analysis technique uses hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) students' accounting productive competence and industrial work practices had a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, but the family environment had a negative effect on self-efficacy, (2) the productive competence of students' accounting and industrial work practices have a direct negative effect on job readiness, but the family environment and self-efficacy have a direct positive and significant effect on job readiness, (3) self-efficacy mediates the productive competence of students' accounting and industrial work practices on job readiness, but self-efficacy does not mediate family environment on job readiness.
