Abstract
Pembangunan Waduk Jatigede, mengakibatkan berubahnya mata pencaharian masyarakat sekitar yang semula Petani kini menjadi Nelayan. Upaya penanggulangan yang dilakukan berupa penyelenggaraan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan oleh PKBM Maharani kepada masyarakat yang mengikuti program paket C guna menumbuhkan kemandirian berwirausaha. Atas dasar tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan penyelenggaraan pelatihan pembuatan abon ikan berbasis life skill dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian lulusan paket C di PKBM Maharani. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi partisipasi pasif, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian 1) tahap perencanaan dilakukan dengan identifikasi kebutuhan secara langsung dan observasi, merumuskan tujuan umum dan khusus, merancang 10 materi pelatihan, penentuan tempat melihat faktor akses, fasilitas dan kenyamanan, menentukan waktu dan alokasi biaya 2) tahap penyelenggaraan dilakukan dengan langkah persiapan, meliputi pemberian informasi pelatihan, modul, dan setting kelas, kegiatan pelatihan diawali dengan pretest, pelatihan ini memuat teori dan praktek, menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan demonstrasi, diakhiri dengan evaluasi berupa posters 3) evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan alat pretest, posttest, kuesioner dan observasi, hasil dari pelatihan yaitu menambah pengetahuan dan kemampuan warga belajar dalam melakukan pengolahan abon ikan. 4) faktor pendukung pelatihan berupa tutor yang memenuhi kualifikasi yang diperlukan, kesesuaian materi dengan potensi lingkungan dan kebutuhan warga belajar, tempat yang menunjang, serta memiliki mitra yang dapat memasarkan produk, adapun faktor penghambat yaitu penyerapan materi tidak merata. 5) tumbuhnya kemandirian warga belajar, warga belajar dapat melakukan tugas produksi tanpa adanya bantuan dari pihak lain, dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, dapat memenuhi target dan pesanan serta tumbuhnya inisiatif dalam memanfaatkan situasi. ORGANIZING LIFE SKILL BASED FISH FLOSS TRAINING TO FOSTER ENTREPRENEURSHIP INDEPENDENCE OF PACKAGE C IN PKBM MAHARANI SUMEDANG ABSTRACT The construction of Jatigede Reservoir has changed the livelihoods of the local community as farmers into fishermen. The countermeasures carried out are in the form of organizing training carried out by PKBM Maharani for people who participate in the package C (National High School Equivalency program) to foster entrepreneurial independence. On this basis, the researcher conducted research with the aim of describing the implementation of life skill-based fish floss making training in fostering independence of package C graduates at PKBM Maharani. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection using semi-structured interview techniques, passive participation observation, questionnaires and documentation study. The results of the research 1) the planning stage is carried out by identifying needs directly and observing, formulating general and specific objectives, designing 10 training materials, determining the place to see the access factors, facilities and comfort, determining time and cost allocation 2) the implementation stage is carried out with preparatory steps, includes providing training information, modules, and class settings, training activities begin with a pretest, this training contains theory and practice, uses lecture methods, questions and answers and demonstrations, ends with evaluation in the form of posters 3) evaluation is carried out using pre-test, postetst, questionnaire tools and observation, the result of the training is increasing the knowledge and ability of the citizens to learn in processing fish floss. 4) training support factors in the form of tutors who meet the required qualifications, the suitability of the material with the potential of the environment and the needs of learning citizens, a place that supports it, and has partners who can market the product, while the inhibiting factor is the uneven absorption of the material. 5) the growth of independent learning citizens, learning citizens can carry out production tasks without any help from other parties, can meet daily needs, can meet targets and orders and grow initiatives in taking advantage of the situation.
