Abstract
Pembelajaran kriya tekstil memiliki peranan penting dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Busana terhadap kesiapan perintisan usaha sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan, dengan cara merencanakan perintisan usaha cinderamata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data mengenai kontribusi hasil belajar kriya tekstil terhadap kesiapan perintisan usaha cinderamata ditinjau dari konsep dasar kriya tekstil, pemilihan alat dan bahan, teknik pembuatan produk kriya tekstil , dan jenis produk cinderamata Metode yang digunakan ialah metode survei dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa angket dan tes. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar kriya tekstil pada indikator konsep dasar kriya tekstil, pemilihan alat dan bahan pembuatan produk kriya tekstil, teknik pembuatan produk kriya tekstil , dan jenis produk cinderamata umumnya berada pada kategori tinggi, dan memberikan kontribusi positif yang signifikan terhadap kesiapan perintisan usaha cinderamata. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa mahasiswa sudah menguasai materi kriya tekstil dalam pembuatan produk cinderamata terhadap kesiapan perintisan usaha cinderamata. Kata Kunci: hasil belajar kriya tekstil, kesiapan perintisan usaha cinderamata Textile craft learning has a big role in preparing the students majoring fashion technique study programe of education towards their readiness to make souvenir business in line with the expected aims by making souvenir business making plan. The aim of this research is to collect data about the contribution of textile craft learning output towards the readiness to make suvenir business reviewed from the concept of textile craft basic, the choice of tools and materials, the production technique and the variety of souvenirs. Survey method was used in this research in which questionairre and test were used as the data collection instruments. The number of samples used in this research were thirty four persons. The result shows that generally the indicators of textile craft learning output including the concept of textile skill’s basic, the choice of tools and materials, the production technique and the variety of souvenirs have high point and give significant possitive contribution towards the readiness of the students to make souvenir business. In conclusion, this research shows that the students have mastered textile craft subject’s materials in terms of making souvenir product which is useful to support the readiness to make souvenir business.
