Abstract
Knowledge management memiliki berbagai macam unsur pengetahuan. Tanpa adanya budaya knowledge sharing atau berbagi pengetahuan, maka seluruh usaha manajemen pengetahuan akan gagal. Budaya perusahaan, dinamika, dan juga praktik, seperti sistem penggajian dapat mempengaruhi akan pengetahuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran knowledge management pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Divisi Regional III, Kota Bandung. Serta menguji pengaruh knowledge management terhadap employee engagement. Variabel ini terdiri dari variabel bebas (variabel independen) knowledge management sebagai variabel (X), dan untuk juga variabel terikat (variabel dependen) employee engagement (Y). Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Divisi Regional III, Kota Bandung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 61 responden pada karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Divisi Regional III Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa knowledge management masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan penghitungan garis kontinum sebesar 87,5%, sedangkan employee engagement juga masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan perolehan 89,6%. Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang variabelnya tidak diteliti. Knowledge management has various elements of knowledge. Without knowledge sharing, all the knowledge management effort would be collapse. Organization behaviour, dynamics, as well as practices, such as the payroll system would affect to the knowledge itself. This study aims to determine the description of knowledge management. As well as testing the influence of knowledge management towards employee engagement. Variable on this research consists of one independent variable and one dependent variable. Independent variable in this research is knowledge management (X) and dependent variable is employee engagement (Y). The sample on this research are the employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Divisi Regional III, Kota Bandung. The data was collected by questionnaire distribution to 61 respondent of the employees PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Divisi Regional III Kota Bandung. This study uses descriptive and verification methods, hypothesis testing using t test. In this study, it was found that knowledge management was in the very high category with a continuum line calculation of 87.5%, while employee engagement was also included in the very high category with 89.6% gain. The rest is influenced by factors whose variables are not examined. Keywords: employee engagement, knowledge management, knowledge sharing
