Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran efektivitas kepemimpinan lintas budaya, gambaran tingkat kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh kepemimpinan lintas budaya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah kepemimpinan yang khususnya dalam penelitian ini mengenai kepemimpinan lintas budaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi (explanatory survey). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 model rating scale. Responden penelitian ini adalah 50 orang karyawan di PT. Hans Jaya Utama yang terdiri dari karyawan tetap di kantor wilayah HJU Head Office, Warehouse Cikopo, Zinus Karawang, dan JS Mold Cikarang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan lintas budaya berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) Kinerja Karyawan berada pada kategori tinggi dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kepemimpinan lintas budaya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan efektivitas kepemimpinan lintas budaya. This research aims to describe the effectiveness of cross-cultural leadership, describe the level of employee performance and the effect of cross-cultural leadership on employee performance. Employee performance is affected by several factors, one of the factors that affect employee performance is leadership, especially in this research is regarding cross-cultural leadership. This research used explanatory survey method. The data collection technique used a 5-scale questionnaire with the rating scale model. The respondents of this study are 50 employees at PT. Hans Jaya Utama which consists of jobholder in the regional offices of HJU Head Office, Warehouse Cikopo, Zinus Karawang, and JS Mold Cikarang. The data analysis technique used simple regression analysis. The results of the research shows that: (1) Cross-cultural leadership is in the high category, (2) Employee Performance is in the high category and (3) There is a positive and significant effect of cross-cultural leadership on employee performance. Therefore, employee performance can be improved through increased cross-cultural leadership effectiveness.
